DAY SEVEN MORNING
I woke up when a ray of sunlight managed to make its way between the curtains and blinded me in my sleep. I rubbed my eyes as they first refused to stay open. I had no idea what time I fell asleep. And as the memories of Hyuga's confession flashed in my mind, blood rushed to my cheeks.
I slowly sat up and looked around my room. There, on the sofa on the other side of the room, was Hyuga asleep. Another batch of blood rushed towards my face. I raised my hands and squeezed my cheeks as my face felt hot. Though, I couldn't help the little chuckle that escaped my lips at the sight. It was kind of funny, seeing the sophisticated Hyuga sprawled uncomfortably on the sofa just because he didn't want to go home as we talked all throughout the night.
I cleared my throat to wake him up. He stirred slightly but remained asleep. Before I could try once more, my phone pinged repeatedly. I picked it up and saw a hundred unread messages from my group chat with the girls. Curious, I unlocked my phone with a frown.
I quickly started backreading, worried if anything happened to any of them with the amount of messages I received. But I quickly realized there was no emergency at all. Sakura and Ino simply just overreacted when Hinata shared that her cousin visited me and that I left her on read. First, they joked around if I was dead already. And when I didn't reply came the more serious questions of why I was visited. What happened? And when I still didn't update them, the two blew up. And Ino had a momentary life crisis about not knowing the deets.
