The next day, Cale forced himself to wake up early and get ready. The clock showed it was 6:00am, he was wearing his cloak and hiding his face again.

Clack. Clack.

Cale walked down the flight of wooden stairs while the spatial pouch attached to his belt swayed.

"Old man, I'll be going now. How much does my stay cost? Oh, and, give me one bottle of alcohol!"

"Hoho, a bottle of wine coming right up!"

The old man's back faced Cale as he searches for a bottle of wine and continues to speak.

"Well lassie, since its your first time here and you were so kind, I'll give you a discount! It's ten bronze!"

Turning to face Cale again, the old man held up the bottle of wine merrily as Cale looked at him in disbelief—well not that the old man would now with his hood covering his face.

....What?

Cale's brow twitched. Ten bronze? Wasn't that too little? Remaining silent for a few more seconds pondering, the old man was about to speak before Cale unattached his spatial pouch from his belt, rummaged through it and took out five gold coins.

The old man flinched however Cale did not care and put them on the table.

"Here old man."

"N, no, this is too much!"

The old man held his hands up to refuse however Cale was much more stubborn.

"Old man, I'm giving it too you. There's no need for any change so just take the money."

"Lassie..."

"Old man, I won't change my mind. Even if you insist on refusing I'll find a way to sneak it in."

"...."

The old man quieted down. Shock, disbelief, and astonishment were all mixed up on the old man's expression as Cale observed him before facing away from the old man and walked away, leaving the shocked old man.

Hmm.. Are the commoners that poor even now? I thought it was just because of the war last time...

Maybe he was too rich or the commoners were too poor however Cale didn't think much. As he strides towards the door and pulls it open, he uttered one last sentence to the old man.

"Oh, also old man, I'll recommend this place to some of my friends if they want to travel. See ya."

Cling!

Cale was out the inn and caressed Grace's mane before patting her back and hopping on.

"Let's go."

Neigh——!

Clop! Clop! Clop!

Riding Grace in full speed again, Cale continues on his way to puzzle city. Cale knew Venion would send knights to hunt the "thief" that took the dragon away and do an inspection everywhere around this small village to look for him.

But Cale did not care and did not want to deal with Venion so he decided to dump it all on Choi Han and the father-son duo.

Hehehe...

Grace's mane sways as she shakes her head while listening to Cale's snickering.

Truly a troublemaker just like his mother.

Flickers of the troubles Jour made before surfaced Grace's mind. The pranks Jour made with everyone in the manor while snickering and giggling deviously.
