The scene starts at the capital of Kenashikourupe then changes to inside Inkala's palace.

The scene changes to sasante's mansion as Hakuowlo and the rebels have decided to make it their headquarters while Phantom Storm and his army put command tents on hill overlooking the rebel headquarters. Phantom Storm and his trusted friend General Dragon head off to meet Hakuowlo while bringing food for mukuru.
-Inside Sasante's mansion grounds-

Eruruu then finishes handing out food to all the rebels. Then mukuru tells them he's hungry.
Aruruu: No way, you ate a bunch today.
Suddenly Hakuowlo and the others heard Phantom Storm' voice.
Phantom Storm: I figured mukuru would still be hungry so I had some food brought for him and the rebel army besides us.
Phantom ordered the tarps be removed and inside Hakuowlo and the other rebels could see the carts were filled with meat, bread, sake, and other food and drinks that weren't alcoholic
Phantom Storm: Here you go plenty of food and drinks to tide you all over so that mukuru doesn't raid the food storehouse. Here you go mukuru a nice big juicy raw steak for you.
Phantom gives the giant raw steak to mukuru who smells it and mukuru's eyes had stars in them and started eating it.
Phantom Storm: That should keep mukuru busy eating until half a month has passed there's plenty of food for mukuru and all the other rebels. Also mutikapa says hello as she is being given the royal treatment at my empire where she has a nice home near my palace that was built for her and she is fed everyday. Also Hakuowlo I was thinking of having a fortress built near yamayura village so that It can be defended against the imperial court forces or another country's invading forces as my empire's army will be manning the fortress.
Hakuowlo: Thank you phantom that's one big issue taking care of. And I agree with your idea to have you build a fortress to protect yamayura village.
As everyone one is eating Hakuowlo begins to speak.
