Abhiraj, unable to contain his grief any longer, breaks down into sobs. He stands up and rushes into his mother's arms, seeking solace in her embrace.
ABHIRAJ:Mom, she... she left me. She even left the signed the divorce papers.
Mrs. Malhotra holds her son tightly, her own tears mingling with his.
MRS. MALHOTRA:Shh, it's okay. I'm here, Abhiraj.
Mr. Malhotra watches the heartbreaking scene unfold, his own heart heavy with sorrow. He turns to his wife, seeking answers.

MRS.MALHOTRA: she.. she left because....

Sonam stands outside Mrs. Malhotra's room, her mind filled with emotions. She hesitantly knocks on the door.)
Sonam: (softly) May I come in?
Mrs. Malhotra: (from inside) Yes, please, come in.
Sonam enters the room, her eyes red from crying. Mrs. Malhotra gestures for her to sit down.
Mrs. Malhotra: Tell me everything, dear. What's troubling you?
Sonam: (choked up) I... I'm thinking of divorcing Abhiraj.
Mrs. Malhotra's expression turns grave, surprised by Sonam's sudden confession.
Mrs. Malhotra: Why, Sonam? What happened?
Sonam recounts her conversation with Vanshika, her voice trembling with emotion.
Sonam: I feel like a home wrecker, Mrs. Malhotra. It's tearing me apart to see Vanshika like this. Abhiraj is the only one who can make her life better.
Mrs. Malhotra tries to reason with her. Understanding her sympathy toward vanshika.
Mrs. Malhotra: But Sonam, you can't give up on your marriage so easily. Abhiraj is your husband.
Sonam's tears fall freely now, her heart heavy with conflict.
Sonam: I don't want to leave him, but... but if I'm feeling this way, what about Vanshika? She's suffering even more. No one is ready to marry her. She don't even have friends now the only person she have is Abhiraj.
Mrs. Malhotra attempts to console her, but Sonam's resolve is firm.
Mrs. Malhotra: Abhiraj will be heartbroken, Sonam. You'll regret this decision.
Sonam: (sobbing) It's the right decision, Mom. Even if he hates me, I can bear it.
Sonam's words pierce her own heart, as she felt pang in her heart thinking about abhiraj hating her
Mrs. Malhotra: I can't support this decision as Abhiraj's mother, but as your mother, I respect your choice.
Sonam: Please, Mom, don't tell anyone about this. I'm leaving him forever.
Mrs. Malhotra: When will you leave us? As your mother I should know that much atleast.
Sonam: The day I depart for my scholarship. I won't come back.
Sonam breaks down, seeking solace in Mrs. Malhotra's embrace.
Mrs. Malhotra: Think again, Sonam. You might regret this.
Sonam: (shaking her head) It's the only way. I want to see Vanshika and him happy.
FLASHBACK ENDS
Hearing all that Abhiraj cried more blaming her mom why she didn't stop her . They hear falling sound of something they look in the direction.
Here stands the vanshika her phone on the ground as she realizes that sonam left because of her tear were flowing out of her eyes. She felt bad so bad why did she even said all that to her.
Vanshika: I'm sorry abhiraj it all happened because of me. I was a problem from the start please find her abhiraj please. I want to apologize.
As abhiraj nods her head vigorously. Calling his friends he ask for help.
Abhiraj: please help me find sonam please. She had a flight to NYC 2 hour ago.
