part 10 STAY

At the airport, Sonam and Abhiraj, along with Mr. and Mrs. Malhotra, stand in a somber atmosphere as Sonam prepares to leave.

ABHIRAJ: you have your all documents??

Sonam: Nods affirmatively as Abhiraj checks her documents.

Announcement: "Passenger Sonam Malhotra, your flight is now boarding."

Sonam hugs Mr. and Mrs. Malhotra tightly, receiving their blessings.

Sonam: "Take care, Mom. Dad. I'll miss you both."

Mr and Mrs Malhotra: we gonna miss you too.

As sonam looks at Mrs.Malhotra like their eyes are having talk. Like they know something no one else know.

She then turns to Abhiraj, tears welling in his eyes.

Abhiraj: Pulls Sonam into a tight hug.

Sonam: [Unable to hold back, she hugs him tighter.] As they both cried in each other's arm

ABHIRAJ:(whisper)I gonna miss you . I want to stop you  but I can't.  It's not feeling good . As he cries more.

Sonam tries to console him by patting his back.

As the final call for her flight echoes, Sonam reluctantly breaks the embrace.as she kissed his forehead and cheek as result he kissed her forehead too. As she turns to leave after the heavy session of good bye.

Abhiraj: "Please come back soon."

Feeling the weight of leaving, Sonam doesn't turn back, leaving Abhiraj in tears as he watches her disappear into the airport

After some time they heard the announcement for flight take off. They got back home as Mrs.Malhotra was quite the whole ride quite then ever. Mr.Malhotra tried to cheer them but he can't. As abhiraj felt so uneasy and bad letting you go for 5 year. He planned to visit you as soon as possible.

They all reached their home as abhiraj quietly goes toward the bedroom as he entered the room he saw the jewelery box of your necklace basically family necklace you got on first day. As he starts to walk toward that box. Thinking how can you put that on bed like that.

Reaching the bed he saw a letter and a file lying there with the box his heart beat raised as he reached to read the letter .

The letter

_My Abhiraj_

As I'm writing this letter, my heart weighs heavy with emotions I can hardly put into words. These past months with you have been nothing short of a blessing, filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. You have been my greatest support.

But as much as it pains me to say this, I have come to a difficult realization. Vanshika needs you more than ever right now, and I can't ignore that. She deserves to have a partner by her side, offering her the love and care she deserves. And I know you will be the best partner for her, just as you have been for me.

I'm gratefully for the love and  you have brought into my life. You have been an incredible husband, and I will always cherish the memories we've created together. But now, it's time for me to step aside and allow you to fully embrace your role in Vanshika's life.

I understand this is hard to accept. But please know that this decision comes from a place of love and selflessness. I want what's best for Vanshika, for you, and for our family as a whole.

I have signed the divorce papers for you to sign. I hope you can find it in your heart to understand and forgive me for this decision. I know it's not easy, but I believe it's the right thing to do for all of us.

Please take good care of Vanshika and maa papa. They have been like family to me, and I will always hold them close to my heart.

I might sound selfish but always remember she needs you. Thanks for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a writer I'll always be grateful for that.

and yeah I'm leaving this Mangalsutra and family necklace behind I can take them with me it only belongs to vanshika if that incident never took the place she would have been your wife so yeah. I'm just taking the pendent you gave me on my first day beside that I'm leaving everything behind that relates to you even your surname. So please move on too.

After reading the letter he opened the file lying there as his eyes blured by tears. As soon he see what's inside its not other than signed divorce paper and her Mangalsutra.

As he screams crying.

Abhiraj:- I love you Sonam ,I love you . I only loved you . I realized it too late..  please come back sonam please come back please. It was all my fault I shouldn't let you go to NYC I did wrong.

In the hall Mr.and Mrs Malhotra hear his scream as they soon rushed toward his room. As Mrs.Malhotra already knowing what's coming in the way.
