NEXT DAY Sonam woke up from her peaceful sleep as she realize it's her very first morning in now her house too as Mrs Malhotra. She noticed that Abhiraj is not in the room.
Sonam: May be he left early. Whatever Sonam get ready fast it's your first day you also have to make halwa too.
Sonam nervously adjusts her beautiful red saree, her heart pounding with anticipation as she steps out of her room. Today marks her first day in her new home, her in-laws' house. With determination, she heads to the kitchen, ready to showcase her cooking skills.
In the kitchen, sonam skillfully prepares halwa, pouring her heart into every step. As the sweet aroma fills the air, Raj Malhotra and Kajal Malhotra enter, their eyes lighting up at the sight and scent of the delicious treat.
RAJ MALHOTRA "Sonam, this halwa looks amazing! You're quite the chef!"
Kajal Malhotra nods in agreement, a warm smile on her face. Sonam blushes, feeling a rush of validation she hadn't experienced before.
As sonam served the halwa to her inlaws . They took thier first bite Sonam was nervous as hell . She tried to read thier expressions but they were blank. She thought it wasn't good enough and they expected more tasty halwa. Suddenly Mr. Malhotra spoke up.
Mr.Malhotra: sonam we didn't expected that . Did you really make this ??
Sonam: I'm sorry if it's not good . I'll try my best next time.
Mr.Malhotra: No beta , I don't mean that . I mean it's too good we never had this much of good halwa even at a five star hotel.
As Mrs.Malhotra nodded her head on agreement.
Sonam relaxed as she finally let out the breath she was holding
MRS. MALHOTRA "Bless you, my dear. And here, take this necklace as our appreciation. This is abhiraj's grandma's necklace she gave me this now I'm giving you this so please cherish this forever."

Sonam hesitates, politely refusing the gesture as she know her and abhiraj'smarriage not gonna workoutand she she have to leave him someday. Despite her protest, they insist, and she accepts graciously.
Just then, Abhiraj enters the dinning area , his presence commanding attention. Raj Malhotra gestures towards the halwa.
RAJ MALHOTRA "Abhiraj, you must try sonam's halwa. It's incredible!"
Abhiraj: no I don't want to have this.
Mr.Malhotra:(sternly) Abhiraj.... are you eating or not.
Abhiraj gave up abd sat on the table. Abhiraj hesitates at first, and takes a bite. His expression softens as he savors the flavor. But he is not ready to accept the fact it's good.
ABHIRAJ "It's... alright. Nothing special."
Sonam's smile falters, but she maintains her composure, hiding her disappointment behind a polite smile.
MRS. MALHOTRA "Oh, Abhiraj, don't be so modest. It's delicious!"
Abhiraj: still vanshika use to make better. She is not her , she never can be.
But Abhiraj remains nonchalant, leaving sonam feeling disheartened.
Mr. Malhotra: anyway even if you liked it or not , I don't care. Giver her the gift on her first day after marriage ...
Sonam: No...
Everyone looks at sonam at her sudden voice
Sonam: I mean no need. I'm ohk. You already given me a precious gift. That's enough
Mrs.Malhotra: no sonam , he have to give you a gift as a memory it's a ritual. So abhiraj I'm seriously saying buy her a gift on today itself.
Abhiraj: stop irritating me. I won't buy her anything. She is nothing to me just a forced wife nothing else. Just you wanted to save her from her abusive father.
Sonam's eyes got filled with tears as she looked down.
Mr and Mrs. Malhotra glares at Abhiraj as sonam felt awkward and embarrassed knowing he this might be hurting him as he still loves someone else , he don't take her as his wife.
Abhiraj: ohk whatever I'll buy a gift for her stop looking at me like that. Just know that she is no one to me.
Later that evening, as Abhiraj retreats to his room, he finds himself overcome by the lingering taste of sonam's cooking. In a rare moment of reflection, he realizes the effort she put into making his favorite dish.
With a newfound sense of gratitude, but still the hate lingering in between Abhiraj calls sonam toward him as she was doing her night routine ,presenting her with a beautifully crafted pendant.
ABHIRAJ Don't read too much into it. I got this because Mom and Dad insisted."YOU'RE NOT HER "
Sonam's initial joy fades as she realizes the gift was not a genuine gesture from Abhiraj. Despite her disappointment, she forces a smile, concealing her hurt feelings.
Sonam: still thank you.. it's pretty.
Abhiraj: hmm.. so we gonna sleep as yesterday it self you on the bed me on couch.
Sonam: No you can sleep on the bed from today onwards I'll take the couch.
Abhiraj: as you wish. I won't force you to sleep on bed. As I never wanted another person than Vanshika to sleep on MY bed.
Sonam softly smiles at him, with pain in her eyes and wish him good night as she makes her self comfortably on couch .
Sonam:(in her mind) it was a good day atleast they treat me better than my father. Thanks universe. Let's see what tomorrow holds. About Abhiraj god will see. Good night universe. As she sleeps peacefully
On the other side abhiraj on his bed
Abhiraj:(in his mind)I wish vanshika you were here. It was all my fault I shouldn't left you alone on that night. Please come back please.
Abhiraj looks toward the couch seeing sonam sleeping peaceful. His eyes are full of guilt. Guilt of marrying you against your will. Now not treating you right.
Abhiraj: sorry sonam but I can't give you the life you deserve. I'm not a good partner. Sorry. I can't love you. Whenever I see you I just get filled with rage . I can't treat you right.
As a lone tear escaped his eyes . He wiped that tear off and drifted to dreamland.
