He's Not that Bad

Author's POV :

As they reached their destination , they were soon assembled and given the duties they have to perform. For that , pairs of two students each were made my the teachers. Tanu was relaxed , as she knew she will be ofcourse paired with her bestie Sneha , but to her utter surprise the teacher paired her with someone else ! Tanu looked at her with a combined expression of Shock and disbelief. She was not able to process the things , that's when the teacher gave her another shocker. She was paired with Sohit ! Yes , yes you read it right ! Sohit...

Tanu's POV :

Finally we are at our destination and I would be lieing if I say this place is not beautiful ! It's absolutely serene and breathtaking. I am in love with this place instantly. Now we are assembled together as our teachers are pairing us up to distribute the duties and I was relaxed as I knew I will be paired up with my bestie only as we are always a pair in everything. But then it felt like today my destiny have really some other plans ! Sneha was paired up with someone else leaving me all alone. I was left disappointed that's when my luck again decide to play with me and I was paired up with that JAGALGANTH ! Why on this earth are we ending up together ? Why him ? All sorts of questions were running in my mind when I saw him approaching me. I didn't wanted to have a fight so I ignored him and went to the teacher. I asked , "Excuse me mam may I request you to please change my partner ?" To which the teacher replied , "Why dear is there any problem ?"
I sighed internally and thought in my mind , The person himself is the problem ! But then I shaked my head telling her that there was no problem. So she continued further "Beta he's new and needs guidance and good friends. I am sure you will help him properly to cope up with everything." She said smiling and I couldn't help but nod feeling happy that my teacher thinks this good of me ! Anyways the main point is , now I have to handle him the entire day today as it was just a 1 day camp and I am really thankful to God atleast for that !
After the conversation with teacher , I went to him and coldly I asserted "Look , now that we have been paired up let's work together. I don't want to fight." And his expressions were like clearly indicating as If he wants to say I am the one who starts the fight ! Which is true though....Hihihi (*giggle).

I told him "I will gather the things and we will then start the work." To which he nodded and I proceeded in a particular direction. But after moving few steps ahead I heard his voice , "Hey ! Don't go there come back !"
I halted at my step and turned around asking him why was he trying to stop me ? To which he just replied "Just don't go there come back , I will collect the things." Then it hit me maybe he wants to do all the work and just take credits ! Huhhh ! How can I let this happen ? Ignoring him I continued walking mumbling things which were incoherent but for sure I was cursing him !
I could hear his constant plea to stop but I ignored it and continued moving only to scream and close my eyes tight due to fear....

Sohit's POV :

We all were just lost in the beauty of the place and I was happy I could get a day to relax , only for the next moment to break my bubble and give me another shocker. Why did Kanha ji planned all the shockers in a day itself ? I sighed accepting the fact that I was paired with HER , Umm...I don't even know her name ! Wow ! But why to know her name when LADAKU VIMAN just suits her well. So yes , I was paired up with that ladaku viman and I was purely shocked and I could see her imitating the same expressions as mine ! I started approaching her to talk but she ignored me and went to the teacher to talk about something , maybe to change the partner , but from her expressions it was very clear that the teacher has denied her request ! So yes there is no moving back now. I watched her approaching towards me and I maintained my calm as I really didn't wanted a fight. She came to me and started talking in attitude still I just nodded and agreed to whatever she said. She started moving towards a direction , and when my gaze fell on that area , I saw the land there was slippery and there was a caution board but she didn't saw it and was moving towards that area. I immediately called her out asking her to stop , but I don't why on earth do she have to not listen to me ? She just made her own assumptions and started walking ahead. I sighed shaking my head only to hear a scream within few seconds. I saw and realised her leg slipped , thanks to the lesser distance between us that I reached to her in no time and held her preventing her from falling. She had her eyes closed due to fear and she had clutched my shirt tight , but after few minutes she realised that she was in air so she slowly opened her eyes , only to meet my gaze and for a moment my eyes were lost in hers ! I quickly regained into my senses and made her said making her understand that it's better sometimes to listen to someone else. I was lecturing her but noticed her eyes teared up. So I relaxed myself and asked her to follow me to which she nodded but soon after a painful sound left her mouth. I turned around asking her what happened to which she replied 'I cant walk.' And here I knew she had sprained her ankle. I sighed and picked her up in bridal style and took her near the area where we have to build our tent. In the normal circumstances , she might have resisted but she herself was in pain and she knew she cannot walk even a bit. So she stayed quite in my arms. I made her sit on a chair and instantly removed Pain relief spray and crepe bandage from her bag as she instructed. Interesting ! I think she's used to all this things. A soft chuckle left my lips but I immediately composed my posture and attended her sprained ankle with necessary treatment. After that I covered her ankle with the crepe bandage after moving it lil. She was continuously sobbing like a kid and that's when I got to know she's still a kid at heart and her rude behaviour is just a facade !
I passed her a water bottle and silently accepting it from me she drank the water and calmed down. I further said -
"I have bandaged it so it will get better soon. You rest and don't move from your place as putting weight on that leg can cause you pain. I will handle all the work". To which she nodded obediently muttering a Thank-you. I nodded and proceeded for completing the work of tent. But I would glance at her afterevery 10 mins to see if she's fine. I saw her talking to her bestfriend so I was relieved and proceeded to continue the work. I don't know what were they talking about , but as I was passing by I heard her say , "HE'S NOT THAT BAD !"

So this was the new update ! I sincerely Apologise to my every reader for this late update but the conditions were not favourable. But now I am back !
