Her Birthday

Author's POV :

Time slips away like sand and our Sohit and Tanu are now Best Friends ! They are always together wherever they go or whatever they do.... Their bond has been so strong over the time and now they are closest to each other. They travel together to college , study together , sit together in classes and also participate in any event together ! Now even the Teachers know and adores their Friendship while there are some students of their class don't believe it's Pure Friendship !! But Our Friends duo don't care about what they think....

It was 19th July , Tanu's birthday , but due to her menstrual cycle , she forgot it was her birthday..... But he remembered it and decided to surprise her so even asked her brother not to remind her and he agreed !! So now as usual he's waiting for her outside her house to pick her up asking her to hurry up !!

SOHIT'S POV :

Hey guys , so as authour must have given you our life updates , I continue further.

So Today is 19th July , my bestie's birthday and I have decided to surprise her as she herself don't remember her birthday ! I don't know the reason for it as she's the one always excited for her birthday but nevermind I will make her remind it !

I have even asked bhaiyya to not remind her and even I am going to behave normal as if I don't know anything it would be so much fun !! Now I am waiting for her in front of her house. Usually she don't get late but don't know what happened today ! I called her asking her to hurry and she said she'll be there in 5 mins.... I was waiting there thinking how happy she will be after knowing the surprise , when she came and standing in front of me said ,
"Aa gayi , chal chalte hai".
(I am here , let's go)

Her voice broke my trance and I looked at her..... She was wearing a beautiful cute frock with simple hairstyle and no makeup ! Just perfect and beautiful I was lost when she brought me back to reality .... And I started fumbling but somehow managed to speak "ha chal chalte hai.... Btw aaj kuch special h kya ?"
(Oh yes let's go...btw is there today something special ?)

To which she said "nahi re kyu ?"
(No why ?)

To which I said "nahi re ye new dress pehni na isliye."
(No because you wore a new dress thats shy.)

She looked at herself and said , "Oh yes , Bhai had asked me to wear this today I don't know why ?"

I replied with an "Oh" and said in my mind that You don't even remember your birthday Dumbo !

Authors POV :

They left to college on his bike. She was silent throughout the ride. He was confused about her behaviour. They reached college when he told her "Sun tu aage jaa mai aata hu" to which she just replied a short "okie" and started heading towards her class. He went to canteen to check the preparation of surprise and then heads to class. When he reached the class , he saw her sitting with her head down. We went to her and sitting besides her caresses her hairs. She looks up to him and smiles. He says "Kya hua ? Aaj mera toofan itna shant kyu hai ?"
(What happened ? Why my hurricane is silent today?)

To which she replied "kuch nahi re stomach pain ho rha."
(Nothing just stomachache)

He then understands that why it was happening as he knows her well by now. He side hugs her and says "Break mai icecream khayenge okie ?
(We will have icecream in break ok?)

Will get you a lot of chocolates too" to which she just smiled in response side hugging him. Then the lecture starts and they gets busy in studying also in between he was asking her if she's fine ! After few lectures it was finally Break time.
