[The Count's Fort...]

"L-Lord Zondark!" The knight captain groaned in agony, his disfigured face wrapped in a mess of white bandages. He could barely contain himself atop the infirmary bed, surrounded by scared medical men. In his blind rage, he smacked a small dish to the floor, throwing water everywhere. "Lord Zondark, calm down, please!" An older man hobbled over towards him, earnestly trying to placate their patient, but the captain was in no mood, and he grabbed a hold of the man's face with his entire palm, looming over him. "KILL!" He roared. "I'LL KILL YOU!" Before anyone could intervene he tightened his hold and the elder's head caved in, his body falling flat against the floor. The other doctors stumbled back, not wanting to be his next victim...

"What's going on in here?" A gruff voice asked from behind. It was the Count, flanked with two knights and his priest, Dahl. He stood before them with both hands carefully held behind his back. "I-It's..." The doctors were surprised, not expecting the lord's attendance. "H-His Majesty!"

Zondark continued to scream and shout and holler in the distance, thrashing about and attacking anything he came into contact with. "What's all this racket?" The Count asked with a cool demeanour. "I-It's Lord Zondark's condition..."

"GOLDEN SWORDSMAN!" The knight cried out. "GOLDEN SWORDSMAN! I'LL KILL YOU!" And, he began tugging the bandages away from his face, revealing the mess hidden beneath. "Hmm..." The Count cooed, taking some interest in the captain. "Excellency." Dahl spoke nervously. "This is dangerous. May I suggest you return to your chambers?" His advice went unheard.

"Have everyone vacate the room at once, Dahl." The Count ordered. "What?" Dahl asked, unsure what the lord's plan was here. He stumbled on his words. "I said at once..." He repeated, turning to face the old priest, throwing him a malevolent look...

"E-Everyone leave immediately!" Dahl cried out, a fear in his voice, desperate to get away for his own safety

"E-Everyone leave immediately!" Dahl cried out, a fear in his voice, desperate to get away for his own safety. His knight guards looked confused but listened nonetheless, and they left the room with the doctors following behind. The only sound left in the entire infirmary was Zondark's manic screams. He found a stone pillar and began repeatedly bashing in his own head, over and over and over again, staining his own blood on the old bricks.
