Raghavendra's frustration had been simmering beneath the surface for the past two days, ever since the incident at the party and Manyata's subsequent avoidance of him.

He had tried to approach her multiple times, seeking to address the tension between them, but each attempt had been met with her stubborn silence and evasion.

Now, as he lay in bed, feigning sleep, his determination to break through Manyata's defenses burned stronger than ever.

He knew that she would only enter the room once she was certain he was asleep, a pattern she had adopted to avoid direct confrontation.

Sure enough, after a mere ten minutes, he heard the telltale sound of her entering the room.

Keeping his breathing steady, Raghavendra listened as she moved about, preparing for bed.

His gaze never wavered from her form, his frustration mounting with each passing second.

When Manyata finally emerged from the bathroom, clad in her night clothes, Raghavendra's resolve solidified.

As she made her way towards the balcony, he knew it was now or never.

With a firm resolve, he spoke up, his voice cutting through the silence of the room.

Raghavendra: Manyata, we need to talk

He asserted, his tone leaving no room for argument.

Startled, Manyata froze in her tracks, her gaze snapping towards him with a mixture of surprise and apprehension.

Manyata: You're not asleep yet?

She questioned, her voice betraying a hint of uncertainty.

Raghavendra shook his head in response, his eyes locked on hers as he issued his declaration.

Raghavendra: No, I need to talk to you

Manyata: But I don't want to talk to you.

He reiterated, his grip firm as he reached out and took hold of her wrist, pulling her towards him.

As Raghavendra tightened his grip on Manyata's wrist, she squirmed in his hold, pleading for him to release her.

Manyata: Leave me, Mr. Shergill

She insisted, her voice tinged with frustration.

But Raghavendra remained resolute.

Raghavendra: No. Until you talk to me, I won't let you go.

He countered firmly

Manyata: Why should I talk to you? By what right do you want to speak to me?

She challenged, her tone laced with skepticism.
