Flashback,
Trisha came to her dadu's place after her first anniversary, he welcomed her with great joy,
He asked the reason for her sudden visit but she got emotional saying 'do I need a reason to visit you',
He just shrugged her behaviour but even after three days she just stayed in her room and rarely came out,
So he decided to have a talk with her and know the real reason for her visit,
She refused at first but then broke down in front of him,
This was the second time she cried and sobbed uncontrollably, the last time being because of her ex and her ex best friend,
She explained everything for the second time,
Dadu started reconsidering his decision of marrying her off to Aarush, when suddenly her phone rang, he glanced at the phone which flashed Aarush's name,
He asked "Does he know the reason you're here for"
"No" she said and continued,
"I told him I came to visit you",
"I guess you misunderstood him, ask him what the situation was and hear his stance",
He said but she did not reply, he sighed and asked,
"How many days are you going to stay quiet, you should start taking a stand for yourself, if you don't then no one would",
Saying he left the room not before saying,
"This is your house as much as it is of my other grandchildren, I don't mind you staying here for however long you want but not at the cost of your relationship being shattered based on a misunderstanding",
"Think about it for a few days and take a mature step",
Flashback end
"I told you to think about it and I guess you did your thinking, so now don't take any hasty decisions without knowing what the actual matter is",
He told her to reconsider her decision of not going and continued saying,
"And if he is guilty, I'll sue him legally for adultery" he said,
She thought for a while and decided that if he's cheating then why should she stay in that relationship and get separated instantly instead of crying her eyes out,
"Okay, if I'm proven right I'll never get married again in my lifetime and you will not blackmail me into doing anything" she said
