Lucien went back to work shortly after, finally coming back to the meetings with the demon generals and high angels. Cerberus was sitting in his chair, chatting with his higher ups. Lucien walked into the room, sitting down, the angels smiled at him and everyone quieted themselves. "Lord Lucien, Its nice to see you return." An angel said, getting up. Lucien nodded, saying "of course." As he sipped his cup of coffee. The angel began talking about the matter for the meeting, Lucien and Cerberus watching closely. "Now, the fact we're mostly here for is the future of Lord Cerberus and Lord Lucien. Should they be allowed to make the two kingdoms come together?" The angel said, Lucien looked at everyone in the room, the demon's talking together, so were the angels. "I deny it, because the angel's are so different from us, scoff with their pompous clothing." A demon said. "How dare you call us pompous! We deny it then, i'd rather not be friends with you all." One angel argued. The demons and Angel's began arguing, Cerberus looked concerned, Lucien annoyed. "Thats enough you all." Lucien said, quieting the group. "Only Cerberus can silence us, your highness. I dont even think you deserve that term.." a demon scoffed, Cerberus glared at them as they said more, "You're just a god that became the overlord. The angels deserve an angel to run the kingdom." Cerberus slammed his fist into the table, yelling, "HOW DARE YOU SPEAK THAT WAY TO HIM!" his hands blackened, everyone looked shocked, he gritted his teeth as his hands faded back to normal. "Dont EVER speak to him that way." Cerberus demanded, staring the demon down as they looked embarrassed. "Now, you all have no right to decide our fate. I believe we can marry on our own terms." Cerberus said. "Marry? They meant turning the kingdoms to one kingdom." Lucien questioned. "But i- uhm.." Cerberus stuttered, looking nervous. Lucien winced and held his head, standing up. "Urgh..meeting over..i must leave..." Lucien said as he rushed out of the meeting room. Cerberus went to follow him out but he was already gone, Cerberus looked angry, sighing in annoyance.
