"So..you saw..a starwalker with white hair.?" Lucien asked, putting his blouse on, looking at Cerberus who was sitting on the edge of Lucien's bed. "Yeah...she said she knows why i was reborn.." Cerberus said. "Hm, the only starwalker i know of is Cythlla-" Lucien said before being interrupted by Cerberus. "Thats her! The all mother! Her name was Cythlla!" "So you've met her. Hm, guess i should inform you about the other three?" Lucien asked, smiling. "Theres more?" Cerberus asked. "Yes actually, shes the head of them. Theres Azathoth who controls our world, Mhotlo and Axopis who controls their own galaxies. Azathoth visits rarely..ive met him..once. Its quite scary to see such high beings." Lucien rambled, Cerberus listening intently. "Well, maybe we'll meet Azathoth along with Cythlla." Lucien said, finishing getting dressed. Cerberus got up as they began the day.
The day passed slowly, but evening finally arrived, Cerberus and Lucien tiredly entered Cerberus' bedroom, Lucien flopping on the bed. "I hate meetings so muchh..." Lucien groaned. Cerberus froze, seeing the same woman from his dream, now on his balcony along with another man with black hair and orange eyes. "Cythlla.?" Cerberus muttered, Cythlla smiled at him. Lucien immediately noticed the two and got up, bowing immediately. Cerberus noticed Lucien and also did the same. "No need for bowing, Lucien." Azathoth said softly. Lucien immediately got up with Cerberus. "We're here for the Prince of Rot." Azathoth said. "Who..?" Lucien asked, Cythlla sighed and Azathoth said, "my apologies, Cerberus." "But..im the king of the underworld, not the prince of rot.." Cerberus mumbled. "My child, you must know something about your body." Cythlla said softly, Azathoth going back to looking at the stars. "You are made from the stars, i granted you the gift of second life, by giving you a certain liquid that grants immortality." Cythlla said, she held her hand out and a small medicine bottle appeared in her hand, inside the bottle was the same thick, gold liquid from when Cerberus was reborn. "The liquid replaced all of your cells with loveclotide, which is what I created just for you." Cythlla said, giving Cerberus the bottle. "You are not a human." Cythlla said. "You turned me into your own little monster to test a fucking chemical..?" Cerberus muttered, balling his hands into a fist. "Cerberus-" Lucien stammered. "I DIDNT ASK TO BE REBORN INTO THIS! I DIDNT ASK TO BE YOUR LITTLE TEST!" Cerberus screamed, tearing up. "I didnt want to come back!!!" He cried, Lucien looked pained. "I chose you because you deserved a better story then what you had. And you met someone who would change your story completely." Cythlla said, looking at Lucien. Lucien looked shocked, looking at Cerberus who looked mad. "I didnt want to come back..." Cerberus said firmly, leaving the room. "I apologize for him..my lady.." Lucien said softly, Cythlla smiled warmly, "its perfectly normal to feel this way when you realize you're purely rot." "My apologies for Cythlla, she doesnt understand human emotion quite well yet." Azathoth said softly. "Oh my, did i hurt their feelings-?!" Cythlla said worriedly, breaking her calm emotion into worry. "No no, my dear, you just..lack empathy." Azathoth said, smiling. "Oh...im so sorry!!" Cythlla cried. "Its alright my lady, i can go retrieve him if you'd like." Lucien said. "No no, we must get going. I have more business to attend in another world." Cythlla said, smiling as she faded into stardust. "Ill be spending my time with Gaia, Lucien." Azathoth said, seeing Lucien nod as he disappeared into stardust.
Lucien walked down the castle halls, calling for Cerberus. He heard weeping from Cerberus' office, stepping in, the room was a complete mess, books everywhere, papers scattered across the desk, Cerberus sitting at his desk, his head in his hands as he sobbed. "Cerberus..?" Lucien said softly, Cerberus uncovered his face, his hands beginning to blacken, his face blackening as well as the whites of his eyes now voided over. "Get away from me!" Cerberus growled at Lucien. Lucien walked over to him, "It's gonna be okay my love." He said softly. "I didnt ask for this!!!" Cerberus cried, "Cerberus-" Lucien was interrupted by Cerberus, saying "NO! You dont understand! I never wanted to come back!! How dare they choose to turn me into..this!!" Cerberus yelled, immediately being kissed deeply by Lucien. Lucien pulled back, saying, "Whats wrong with you? Hm?" "I-Im a mon-" Cerberus said before being kissed again by Lucien. "You're NOT a monster. Dont you dare say that." Lucien demanded, Cerberus began to tear up again, immediately hugging Lucien. Lucien kissed Cerberus' forehead as he cried, holding him close. "Im sorry.." Cerberus mumbled. "Honey, its okay. Im sorry you had to go through this." Lucien said softly, petting Cerberus.
