Okay, I must be either hallucinating or I turned to be a mutant.

It's not like being a mutant was bad.

I mean the King from that country in Africa or what I like to call it by it's real name, Alkebulan, known as Wakanda is childhood friends with the mutant Kenya tribal Princess from the X-Men known as Storm.

And because of their friendship and how the Avengers defend the Mutants, the Mutants have now protection, and no one dares to fight the Kingdom of Wakanda or their legendary black catman.

But the real bad thing was that I am going to school while I don't know how to control my may-or-may-be-not powers.

I mean I could accidentally drop kick my gym teacher if I do that leap again.

I soon got to my middle school, Porter Ranch Community middle school. One of the best middle schools in LA and one of the schools where they can tell us about 'Mexicans treated better the Indigenous people than the American government who were racists,' or how they abused the Chinese and the Mormons for their own white bullshit.

I inhaled to prepare for any freaking reaction from my friends about seeing me in five feet seven inches tall. I did beat Jay's height for sure. I exhaled as I begun to walk towards the entrance of my middle school. I notice couple of students' attention on me with wonder written over their faces.

I couldn't help but to feel nervous with the stares since most of the school knows me due to how I get most of the bullies into the nurse's office while I always like to point out to the principal how his teachers often let bullies get their way on preying on the weak students while not doing something about it. I do love putting them in their place.

But this time was different, mainly because I grow from five feet over 3 inches to five feet over seven inches. I was tall as Jay and I could probably reach Donnie's chin.

"Yessi? Is that you?"

Well, shit.

I shyly turn around and I saw my best friends who had their drop jaw. "Yessi? Nanikotta, what happened to you?" Giselle was the first one who spoke while Annie and Emma were visibly shocked to see I already passed them.

Jay in the other hand, he measures me with his hand from head-to-head before he moves his hand away. "Dios Mio, you're at my height. Even your mom's too, Yese," Jay added, looking at my feet to see if I didn't put something in my shoes to make myself look tall.

I knew I should've worn sweaters than shorts. God, I'm so stupid.

"I guess Donnie and Kai will get the biggest surprise in their life," Emma mutters quietly but I could hear her. Yeah, they will have biggest surprise in their life to see me that I got to Jayden's height and also, the fact I think I might be a Mutant.
