(I didn't know what to name it, sorry xD)
Ron was about to yell a spell back at Draco, when someone yelled, "RONALD WEASLEY AND DRACO MALFOY."
It became immediately silent as everyone turned their attention to Professor McGonagall who stood by the entrance with Gryffindor's prefect, looking infuriated at the two boys.
"You two should be sleeping. Same with the rest of you." McGonagall looked at the crowd of the Gryffindors all huddled at the top of the stairs.
"Draco, go back to your dorm." She looked at him and he scurried out as quick as he could, mumbling, "Wait till my father hears about this." on his way out. "I'll talk to you in the morning, Mr. Weasley." McGonagall said as she followed two of the Gryffindors who were taking Ginny to Madam Pomfrey.
Everyone started to walk back into thier dorms quietly as the portrait closed shut, whispering quietly. Harry, Hermione, and Ron were the only ones left standing.
Harry cleared his throat, breaking the silence. "I'll leave you two alone..." He nodded and went back to his dorm.
Ron and Hermione looked at each other and smiled. "Today was pretty eventful wasn't it?" She laughed slightly and Ron nodded, grinning. "And just because I wanted to ask you to the Yule Ball. Better be worth it to make up what happened today."
The both of them smiled and hugged for a few seconds in silence. "Let's go back to our dorms. I'm tired... and hungry." Ron yawned and let go of Hermione, holding her hand.
"You're always hungry Ron." Hermione laughed and rolled her eyes as they walked up the stairs together. "I hope tomorrow has at least less drama... Night Ron." She kissed his cheek and walked back to the girls dorm, letting go of his hand.
Meanwhile, Ron stood, staring out into space, with his cheeks flushed. He walked back into his dorm to find everyone sleeping, including Harry. "Well, at least I ended up being able to go to the ball with Hermione. Just have to face McGonagall's punishment in the morning." He smiled as he layed down on his bed, slowly falling asleep.
