Nightmare

+Lachlan's POV+

     Vik says bye to me and he fly's back to Heaven. I head back to Preston. "So is Vik kind?" Preston asks. "Yeah, in my opinion I'd say he is the kindest angel." I reply blushing a little. I immediately turn around so Preston doesn't see me. "So how is the festival planning going?" Preston asks. "Its going really great, we just need helpers to add everything in."I say. "Also this festival will be extra special." I add in. "Ohhhh I like the sound of that." Preston says with a grin on his face.

     I look for Mitch and my other friends. Its also really late and I should head to bed but I don't feel tired. I find Mitch chatting with Kenny. "Oh hey, how was the planning?" Mitch asks when I get over to him. "It was great, Vik is really nice." I say. "Well I better head off to bed." Kenny says. "Yeah I should as well." I say. We all head to our separate rooms. My room is away from everyone else's because I'm the SEC, and Preston's is away from everyone else's because well duh he is the boss. I plop on my bed and drift off to sleep.

*Vik's POV*

     I fly up to Rob's house. "Hey Vik, you're back!" Rob says. "Yes, *hands dust for Rob's flower home to Rob*."
I say. "So how is Lachlan, I don't know him to well, actually that's a lie. I don't know anything about him except his name." Rob laughs. "Tell me everything you know about him, because as boss I need to know every important devil." I don't know where to start. "Well, he is really kind. He is very tall and gental. He has blonde hair, blood red eyes, red hoodie, his wings are the same color if his eyes and is outlined with midnight black like my hair-" Rob cuts me off. "Wow, you know like every single detail about him." Rob laughs. I look at me feet. "Yeah I guess I do." I reply. "Well, that's good news to hear that he was kind to you, unlike that jerk before." Rob says. The jerk Rob was talking about was the SEC before Lachlan, her name was, Sara. (Shots fired! Sorry I had to, she dumped Preston a little while ago and I she made a mistake by doing that) She used to be Preston's girlfriend until she dumped him for some other devil. I feel bad for Preston, he is a very nice devil and leader.
     I head off to my bed. I lay down. Before I close my eyes I hear a knock on the door. "Who is it?" I ask. "Brandon." "Come in." I reply. So I heard that Lachlan is really kind." Brandon says as he enters. "Yeah." I say back. "I also heard every detail you said about him." Brandon said grinning. I turn away blushing. "Yeah, well...urm....I guess." I say embarrassed. "You know that Lachlan used to be an angel?" Brandon says. "Really?" I say turning to face Brandon. "He was also my best friend." Brandon says as a tear rolls down his cheek. "What did he do to become a devil." I say remembering his innocent face. "He has this...thing in his mind. When ever he gets really angry or depressed he loses his mind. He.....killed his father and badly injured his mother." Brandon says crying. I gasp. Lachlan doesn't look like somebody who would kill his own parents. "Don't cry Brandon, he didn't mean to and you know that." I say while hugging him trying to comfort him. He hugs me back. "I wish he was here again." Brandon mummbles. Brandon wipes away his tears and sits up right. "He got into a huge argument with his father and Lachlan was furious." Brandon continues. "His mother is no longer alive, she past away about a year ago." Brandon says. "When did Lachlan become an angel?" I ask. "He became a devil around the age of 10." Brandon says. Brandon became my friend about 3 years ago. He is my closest friend, he always knows how to comfort angels. "How do I not know anything about him?" I ask. "You were in a different department than he was." Brandon says. We used to have different sections for angles but we haven't done that for a couple of years now.
      "Thanks Brandon, for the info." I say. "NP, I thought you should know because you are the SEC after all. I give Brandon one last hug and then head back to bed. Brandon leaves shutting my door behind him. I can't stop thinking about Lachlan, I don't know why. I close my eyes and darkness takes over me.

Vik's Dream

     I wake up inside of Hell. Why am I here? I hear a voice. "Welcome, I knew you would come after all." Preston. "Why am I here?" I ask confused. "You don't know, you couldn't bear being without your love so you joined us." Preston says. "What are you talking about?" I ask. He doesn't answer. Preston grabs my wrist and brings me to a horrifying sight. I see devils and angles fighting these dark spirits. Im not sure what they are. I try to help but its like a vision where I can touch anything. I cry out all my tears. I see Mitch lying on the ground. Rob fighting on. Brandon being beaten up. I cry even more. Then I see Lachlan. He looks badly bruised and he is bleeding out. I yell knowing nobody can hear me. I still keep my eyes on Lachlan. He fights as hard as he can. "Why are you showing me this?" I ask Preston who is staring at me crying. I don't get an answer from him. I ask him again.

     "Not all devils, stay devils." He says and than vanishes. I wake up immediately with tears in my eyes. What did Preston mean, its not possible for a devil to become an angle again.

     I stay awake for another hour thinking about my nightmare. What if it wasn't just a nightmare?
