He's Here
Crystal POVIt's Tuesday Morning.
I wake up looking around the room checking the time.
It's 6:30am. Class starts at 7am
I get up, brush my teeth and get dressed.
I put on my hoodie and gray sweats, with my new pair of purple converses on.
I walk downstairs with my book bag on my shoulder, as I go into the fridge grabbing blueberry waffles and warming them up.
As I warm them up I check my messages and see that Jay texted me.
I smile, as I open the message.
Hey beautiful are you up ?
I quickly text him back.
Sorry I was asleep, but I'm up now getting ready for school.
" BEEP BEEP "
Oh shoot, that must be Layla.
Layla picks me up every morning for school since she drives. I quickly eat my waffles and grab my belongings and make my way outside to Layla car.
HEY BITCHHHHH. Layla shouts as I open the passenger door.
Layla it's too early to be shouting. I laugh.
Girl, just get in the car so we can go, she says while putting lipstick on.
I look out the window as Layla drives.
Girl, are you going to tell me about this man or what ? I told you I want all the TEA.
I blush, forgetting that Layla wanted to hear about Jay.
Well.... I say as I hesitate. He picked me up in his fancy car and we went out to eat at this fancy restaurant .
He asked me if I ever talked to someone older like him and I said no.
He brought me back home and said he would pick me up from school today.
WHAT???? Layla says as she slams on the brakes.
He's coming to our school to pick you up ?
I nod at Layla.
Girl, he's giving DADDY VIBES.
Noooo I say at layla as I'm laughing.
Well, is he single? Layla ask as she turns into the school parking lot.
Well he said he had a girlfriend but apparently he doesn't like her that much.
Layla laughs, Girl you have nothing to worry about he probably likes you more anyways.
I blush.
I can't help to think that I hope Jay doesn't like his girlfriend and likes me instead.
" Is it wrong for me to want a man all to myself for him to be mine ? "
Layla parks her car and we both get out making our way into school and into class.
3 hours pass
Me and Layla make our way down the hall to our last class. As I sit down my phone buzzes.
Text message from Jay
I quickly open the message and read it.
He then says.
It's okay princess, how's school going ? And send me the address so I can come see you.
I blush and Text him back.
School is going well. I'm hanging with my friend right now, and here's the address.
I sent the schools Address to Jay.
What kind of friend is it? Is it a boy ?
I responded telling him no.
Class starts and my teacher starts talking, telling everyone to put their phone away.
As 45 minutes go by, I'm working on my project with Layla in class.
So Crystal , has he sent anything to you ? Like any hot or sexy pictures or a dick pic....
Layla, stop no he hasn't. I whine while looking at Layla.
Layla laughs and says okay. I just had to ask, I mean Crystal you're talking to an older man that's tall and hot.
I'm just curious that's all. Layla says.
As I'm about to speak, our teacher makes an announcement.
Students, we have a special guest that's going to come in and talk to you all, about businesses and companies that may help you in some Careers for your future.
Me and Layla look at each other curious to who the person may look like and be.
We then look towards the classroom door as we see a tall man walk into the class.
I drop my pencil as I realize who it is.
The teacher speaks again. This is Mr.Baker but he goes by the name " Jay "
Jay looks around the classroom as if he's looking for someone, but as he sees me he smirks but then looks away.
Layla whispers to me.
Looks like today's class is going to be interesting.
She says.
I blush, as at look towards Jay direction wondering.
How am I supposed to get through class, when the man I like is standing right in front of my face ?
