Unexpected Love...

The Talk

Emma's POV:

After I got home from training with Evie, we watched a bit of TV before she wanted to play a bit of football in the garden, after that she was well and truly tired and not long fell asleep cuddled up to me on the sofa. I always love having Evie with me, she help me focus on things that don't relate to football. Not long after she had fell asleep, so did I. I had let my sister know that she can let herself in when she arrives, and the next thing I know she's standing in front of Evie and I taking a picture of us sleeping.

"Well that's a bit creepy Sophie" referring to her taking a picture of us sleeping.

"Oh shush, it's not creepy it's cute" she says after hitting my arm, then going to take a seat on the other side of Evie.

"So how's things with Leah then ? Any more Updates ?" She says with a cheeky smile.

"Wow straight to the piont you. Well we're do I beging...!" So I told her what happened the other night at Leah's house before her mum walked in up to the kiss we had today in the changing rooms.

"YOU WHAT !!!!!!" She whisper shouts at me so she doesn't wake Evie up.

I know, it's so unlike me. She's ment to be coming over later to talk, but to be honest with you I'm scared shitless right now, because I don't know what's going to happen between us" I admit honestly.

"It's ok to be scared Emma it's completely normal, but I'm glad your opening up to someone again, I have a feeling that this one's gonna be different from your last relationship"

"I hope so"

"Anyways we better be going, got to get this little one into bed. Was she good for you today ?"

"Yep she was good as gold, she got to meet all the girls and even got her shirt signed by Leah"

After my sister had gotten all of Evie's stuff she opened the front door as I was carrying Evie to the car, I carefully put her in her car seat successfully without waking her up and said good by to my sister and waved them off. As I got inside I let out a huge sigh as I take my phone out to let Leah know she can come over.

Emma: Evie's just been picked up, ready when you are 🙃

I got a response faster than I thought.

Leah: Ok I'll be over soon, just leaving now, see you in a bit 🙂

Leah's POV:

After seeing the text from Emma, I instantly get butterflies, but I'm also nervous to see her. As I get into my car, I put Emma's adress into the satnav and I was on my way. It wasn't a long journey, but as I pulled up to her house, I stared in awe, her house looked really nice from the outside, it's probably really nice inside to. After staring at her house in awe, I managed to get our the car and puck up the courage to knock on the door. Not long after, she answers the door in a pair of shorts and a jumper. Dam how does she look good in anything.

"Hi !" I say shyly

"Hey...come in !" She says as she steps to the side to let me in. And boy was I right when I said the inside was nice.

"You've got a really nice house Emma"

"Thanks, it pretty much came like this when I bought it, it had a home feel to it" she says as she rubs her neck nervously.

She shows me to her living room and we both sat on the sofa, both waiting for one another to talk.

"Look Emma, I'm sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable the other day at mine, that was not my intention, but...." I was quickly cutt off by Emma.
