Eijiro closed the door to the bathroom and exhaled. He walked away and went over to the living room, where Mina was standing there. Katsuki glared at her.

"Mina, the next time you see him, you better do anything he asks of you to make up with him. And I mean anything. I understand you didn't mean to, but he's very insecure about his merman form. Do I make myself clear?" Eijiro held a strained tone in his voice, refraining from yelling at her.

She nodded, "I understand, Eiji."

His eyes landed on Katsuki. "You didn't see him transform, did you?"

Katsuki shook his head. "I saw Pinky when I turned around with the water gun and heard Deku screaming. When I knew what was going on, I looked away."

"Good." He kept his eye on Katsuki, "Mina. You can go home. I need to talk with Bakugo alone right now."

Mina picked up the water gun and left the condo. Eijiro crossed his arms at him. "So, Mina told me she saw you and Izuku cooking together. Is that your idea of a sick day?"

Katsuki clicks his tongue, "What's it to you, Shitty Hair?"

"Everything! I'm the only person he trusts and I have to protect him! I may not have the ability to swim, but I can drop-kick you right here and now. Let's not forget who's taller here." He threatened.

That made Katsuki raise his eyebrow at him. "You don't have to remind me."

"Bakugo. As your friend, you need to stop leading him on. I know that you love him. But do you have any idea what could happen if—?"

"I already know dammit! He told me about the process beforehand and I was willing to do everything for him!"

Eijiro's eyes widened, "What are you talking about? How can Izuku tell you anything about why merpeople can't profess their love to humans?"

Katsuki sighed, "Because..." he took a deep breath, "he told me. He didn't tell me about this when he found out, he told me when I was sixteen."

That's when it hit him. "Are you saying you've met him before?"

He nodded. "Yes. I always wondered why he didn't remember me, but now I realized why. That Chief bastard of his wiped his memories of me from him and he doesn't remember that we confessed to each other..." A tear slipped past his cheek. "Is that what you wanted to hear? That I've been in love with him since I was sixteen?"
