The next morning I went to the owlry to deliver my letter. I tied it to one tawny owls that was perched on the archway. "Deliver this to Sirius Black." I whispered as I stroked the owls soft feathers.

It flew off into the crispy morning air. "Oh hello." A soft voice said from behind me.

I turned around, surprised to see Cho Chang talking to me of all people. "Hi. How is your morning so far? You look rather cold." I laughed while looking at the redness on the tip of her nose.

"It's been tiring. And yes, I am really cold." She giggled and put her scarf closer around her neck and nuzzled into it.

She attached a rolled up peice of parchment on a black owl near the one I had just sent off. "Any luck finding a new Keeper? For Quidditch?" She asked as she sent the owl away.

"Oh yeah. I asked Harry for suggestions a few days ago. We decided on Ron. Harry took notes at tryouts since I was in detention and we chose who he thought was best." I explained.

"Oh yeah. Umbridge. That was very brave what you did. You and your friends. And Harry. Standing up for Cedric was the right thing to do. Even though you got in trouble. Cedric must've taught you a thing or two about loyalty because you've never let him down." Cho was talking while I teared up at the thought of Cedric.

"Thank you, Cho. That means a lot." I smiled and gave her a quick hug.

"Right, Black." The door to the owlry flew open,"I'll have what your sending."

It was Filch. "What?" I asked.

"I have had a tip-off that you are ordering a large supply of Dungbombs! Now hand it over!" Filch said making his way over to me and Cho.

"Oh please. As if I would order that type of stuff. Besides I already sent my owl." I told him.

"Yeah, I watched her send it." Cho chimed in.

"I get a single whiff of Dungbomb in this castle, Black, you're stuck in my detention for the rest of this year. And Delores has finally allowed me to harm students again." Filch was furious as he stormed down the stairs of the owlry.

"You weren't ordering Dungbombs were you? I know you're a mini version of Fred and George." She laughed.

"Nah. I make them order the stuff themselves. Can't risk getting caught. I was just writing to family back in London." I couldn't tell her about Sirius.

"Hm. Wonder why he'd come after you then? Who would have tipped you off?" Cho was thinking aloud.

Her question made a light bulb click. "Umbridge! She must've seen me make my way to the owlry and wanted to know who I was writing to. I've got to go." I quickly ran out of the owlry needing to find Harry as quickly as a could.

I forgot I also had practice and I would see him there. I decided to put off telling him until we met up in just over half an hour. I went to the locker rooms to change into my uniform. They always decided to have practices on the worst days. It was muddy and slippery, and the sky was grey and cold. It reminded me of the day I fell off my broom, just without the pouring rain.

After exiting the locker room I saw Harry and basically flew over to tell the news. "Harry, Harry, Harry! You'll never guess what is happening." I shook his arm.

"What is it?" He asked.

"Umbridge is intercepting owls. She got her new little boyfriend who is way out of her league, to try to get my mail! I was writing to Sirius too. And I addressed him as 'Sirius' in the letter. Normally I put him as 'S'. If they find my owl and find out who we have both been writing to..." I quickly explained.
