The next day, the school day went by normal as any other day. Percy kept trying to be nearby whenever she was around, but she still acted like nothing had really changed. He finally caught up to her as she walked down the hallway.
"Hey," said Percy.
"Hey Percy, what's up?" Annabeth asked.
He didn't want to seem too pushy, or like he was trying to get answers out of her. So he kept the tone casual, as if he was just inquiring about her day.
"I just wanted to see how you were doing."
"Oh, well, heading over to Hagrid's class. Want to walk with me? You have that class too, right?"
"Yeah, but didn't he get replaced?"
"He did, but we still have the class."
"Oh, gotcha. Well anyways, I heard that Malfoy got pretty hurt from what happened last time in class."
"He deserves it, honestly."
"You're not wrong," Percy replied, looking a Annabeth's curly hair, tied up in a ponytail.
"Who do you think the new teacher will be?"
"I don't know."
Percy and Annabeth continued to walk to class, with Percy making snarky comments which made Annabeth laugh at times.

"Hey, good looking. Man, you look finger lickin good!" Leo said to one of the ladies passing by.
"Leo stop! That's so weird and embarrassing," Piper replied while holding hand with Jason, her cheeks slightly flushed.
"Yeah, Leo, just stop dude," Jason added.
"Cmon! You two get to date and I can't even say anything to any women? Do you want me to be gay or something? Not that I have anything against gay, cause I don't."
"We're not just saying that, Leo. It's just ... cringe, you really don't know how to flirt," Piper continued.
"Okay, like you could do any better, beauty queen."
"Fine then. Flirt off, at the lake, after dinner."
"Guys, really?" Jason responded.
"You're on, Pipes."
"Am I the only sane one here?" Jason wondered.

"Meet me at the lake later. I have something I wanna show you." -Percy
"That's probably not a good sign," Annabeth thought after reading the note that was on her desk. "What are you up to, Seaweed Brain?"
"Percy? Can you come create this potion if you think you're so funny," Snape said in Potions class.
"Uh... sure..." he replied.
Percy walked to the front of the classroom where Snape was and a table with supplies to make a potion.
"Go ahead, Jackson," Snape responded, with a harsh tone.
