Yeji's POV:

12:00 NN...

Ughhh, what time is it? Where's my phone? Oh, there it is. It's 12:00? Wow, I slept for an hour straight. That was a good nap though.

*Knock! Knock! Knock!*

"Yeji? Are you awake?" My mom entered the room. "Yup." I lazily said. "Well, lunch is ready. Just go down if you want to eat." She replied and went right out.

Hmm, I think I'll go down later. A shower is very much needed after a tiring day.

This is what I wore. It's nothing much. All I'm doing today is stay inside the house, so why not wear something comfortable? I should go downstairs now. I don't want the food to get cold before I eat it.

Ooh, chicken curry for lunch, that looks yummy. I sat down on a chair in our dining table.

"Where's dad?" I ask mom. "He got a call from his agency this morning. They're discussing his new project." She replied.

I didn't really tell you about my parents, right? My mom is a writer. She has published many books before, usually for kids. My dad on the other hand, is an actor. I know, crazy right? He's working on a new movie, that's what my mom meant when she said project.

"Honey, at what time will Chaeryeong come over?" She asked. "Oh, she'll arrive at 4 pm." I answered. I'm excited! It's been a while since we had a sleepover, and this is just amazing! I wonder how much tea will be spilled tonight? Nevermind, I'll keep eating now.

Time Skip ~ 3:50 PM...

*Ding Dong*

Ooh! I hope that's Chaeryeong already.

"Annyeong!!!" There she is! "Hi, Cherry!" I waved at her as she put her shoes on our shoe rack.

"Did you start making those cinnamon rolls already?" She cheerfully said while putting her backpack on our couch.

"You are actually right on time. We already prepared the ingredients. Here, take an apron." I gave her a pink apron with strawberries imprinted on it. It kind of matches her hair.

"Hey Cherry, I didn't realize you were already here." My mom said, coming out of the bathroom. She got used to me calling her Cherry so she started addressing her the same nickname.

"Hi, Aunty Seulgi. I'm excited for your cinnamon rolls!" She tied her hair up to prevent it from falling onto her face.

Time Skip ~ 5:00 PM...

I'm with Cherry in my room right now. We decided to stay here while we wait for the cinnamon rolls to finish baking.

"So, how's your day so far?" I asked her. "It was fine, I guess. All I did was go home after the photoshoot this morning. Then I had lunch, and I already packed my things since I was going here." She replied. I nodded at her answer.

"How about you? Do you have any tea for me?" She asked while smiling. "To be honest, I can relate with you. Nothing's really happened these past few days. Well I did visit Yuna at the library earlier, and I treated her to breakfast! Then I went home after."

"Ooh, I should've went with you so that I had a chance of getting free food. " She said. We laughed at her statement.

"I was actually trying to convince Felix earlier to go with me to the ice cream shop but he refused. Ughh, when will he treat me out for food?" She asked, pouting her lips. I just squished her cheeks in response.

"Speaking of Felix, I have some tea for you." She was smirking now. "Ooh, hurry up! Spill!" I exclaimed excitedly. Now this is what I was waiting for. Some burning tea.

"I caught him sneaking out of our house, like, in the middle of the night. So I was thinking, 'Where is my brother going?'. So, I followed him. As I was tailing behind him, I saw him stop by at a 24 hour café. Guess what? He met up with a girl!!! And damn, she was pretty. She had black hair, about shoulder length. She looked very beautiful even if they were meeting up like 2 in the morning. I guess the whole point of them meeting up so late is to prevent mom from knowing. If you're wondering, yes it is his girlfriend. I went back to our house before him, and I confronted him when he got home. He couldn't help but tell me the truth because I threatened him that I'll tell mom that I know about him sneaking out of our house, and that he has a secret girlfriend. So, yeah. That's the tea." She said all in one go.

"Damn girl! My jaw is on the floor! By the way, do you know her name?" I suddenly got invested in this secret romance going on.

"Yes! Her name is Ryujin. Han Ryujin. They met at the grocery store. I know that's very unusual for a couple meeting each other, but hey, I guess love does find it's way around." She stated chuckling.

Wait, Han Ryujin? Why does that name sound so familiar?

"You said her name was Han Ryujin, right?" I asked, trying to confirm my realization.

"Yup, that's her name." She nodded. "Oh my gosh, Chaeryeong! That's Yuna's best friend from high school!" Yup, the world really is small.

"Wait, really? That's crazy! I can't believe that! We have to tell Yuna!" She said smiling widely.

"Girls, the cinnamon rolls are done baking!" My mom yelled from downstairs, making our head turn to the door.

"Ooh, this is the fun part, taste testing!" She quickly went downstairs, and I followed behind her.

"Be careful, it's still a little hot." My mom warned us before taking a bite. I blew on the cinnamon roll on my plate before I eat it.

"Mmmm. That tastes amazing!" Cherry said, her words being muffled because of the food in her mouth. Well it's my turn to try it now.

"Ughhh, it's so good, mom! I think this might be better than the old recipe you use." I said while chewing. "Well, I'll start using this recipe then." My mom said while smiling.

*Knock Knock Knock*

"I'm home!" Yuna entered the house. "Yuna! Come try these delicious cinnamon rolls we made!" Chaeryeong said as she chewed happily.

"Oh, and we're going to tell you something later." I added. She is going to be so shocked when I tell her about Ryujin.
