Lee Mansion, 9:30 PM...

Yeji's POV:

I just finished feeding Haneul his dinner. He was up for about two and a half hours, then he told me that he was sleepy already, so I put him to bed.

"Good night, Jiji." Haneul's small voice sighed. He closed his eyes, and a few seconds later, he was already sleeping.

"Good night, Haneul. Sweet dreams, little guy." I kissed little Haneul's forehead and went out of his room.

Haneul is just so cute! While we were in his playpen earlier, he showed me lots of his toys, and he was so cheerful! The way his eyes twinkled while he smiled is giving me baby fever. Dang, this baby's making me want to have my child!

*Ring! Ring! Ring!* Pink Princess is calling...

Oh, it's Lia. I hope she arrived safely in Italy.

"Hey, Lia! How are things going over there?" I eagerly said on the phone. She left at 2:00 this morning to catch her flight, she must be exhausted.

"I'm a little tired, but other than that, I'm fine, Yeji. I just woke up from a nap. I went straight to bed when I arrived at my hotel." Lia's voice was a bit low, jet lag is no joke, I'm telling you.

"Okay, that's good to know. I already set the Italian clock on my phone, so you don't have to worry about me ruining your sleep to call." I chuckled a bit. I'm serious about the clock, though.

"Thanks, and how's my baby doing over there?" She cooed at the mention of her son. She adores him so much, maybe because he resembles Minho. Do you know what I'm saying?

"He is fed, cleaned up, and drooling on your pillow already. Don't worry, girl! Your baby is in good hands!" I smiled even though she couldn't see me. It's been only a day since I saw her, and I miss her already.

"Okay, okay. Thank you again, Yeji! Wait, enough about that. How have you been? Are you settled down too?" Her voice is starting to clear up now, signaling that her energy is starting to boost.

"Yup! I'll be using your guest bedroom on the ground floor to store my stuff, but don't worry! I'll be sleeping next to Haneul so he'll be extra safe."

"Phew! I can breathe a bit now after knowing that. Thanks again, Yeddong! Oh, and if you need anything, just give Mary a nudge, she'll for sure help you out." Lia replied. I can sense genuine gratitude from her voice.

"Yeah, I will. Speaking of Mary, I told her to take a break, so she'll take the week off starting tomorrow." I told her about Mary.

"Oh, okay. Now that I think about it, I haven't given her a break since a month ago, so it's a great decision that you gave her one." Lia replied.

There was a slight pause before she spoke again.

"Well, my time is ticking. I should get ready to visit Minho. I'll probably call you tomorrow." I could hear the muffled movement of fabric, I'm guessing Lia got out of bed now.

"Okay. Give me updates if you have the time, and be safe on the way there. Bye! Love ya!" I said.

"Bye!" And with that, we hung up the call.

Whoo! At least I know Lia is safe. Being the oldest of the friend group kind of has its effects on me. I'll be the one who worries about the others a lot, like I'm their moms, haha!

Anyway, I should get some sleep now. I'm starting to get sleepy because I woke up early to get here.

Time Skip ~ 30 Minutes Later...

After doing my skin care, I changed into this for the night.

These clothes are so warm and comfy! This is perfect since the air conditioning is on, and the room is chilly.

Haneul and I would be sleeping in his parents' room. I know, I know, chill. I'm not going to do anything to their room. I'm not messing it up, don't worry. We'll only be sleeping here, then we'll be in Haneul's playroom the rest of the day, or wherever.

I entered the master bedroom and admired the neatness inside. Let me tell you, Minho is so specific when it comes to organizing things; he's such a clean freak, too! You could tell just by entering this room that Minho does NOT play when it comes to the tidiness of their house.

Awww, wait! Look at these cute family pictures! The one on the left has Lia's family on it, the one on the right has Minho's family, and the center piece is them with Haneul. That's so adorable! Both of their family pictures were taken when they were still kids. Such cuties!

Hold on a second. Is that Lia's stepbrother? I've heard about him through Lia, but I haven't seen him in person because he was so shy when we were kids. It just so happens that we moved to Seoul when he became a little more sociable than he used to be.

Anyway, enough about that. I'm getting tired. I need the energy for tomorrow because I'm planning on taking Haneul to the park.
