Flowers blooming... (💢💔 PART ONE)

Yuri watched as the flowers started to bloom. She was glad winter was coming to an end, and she wasn't on duty right now so, she could watch the flowers bloom but Sakiko came and sat with her "What are you doing?" she asked, sitting beside Yuri. "oh nothin' much. just watching the flowers bloom. Don't you think they are pretty?" Sakiko hesitated to say something but said "..Yes my dear, they are gorgeous". Yuri's eyes sparkled as if she was waiting for her to respond with this. They hung out here for a while before Yuri started playing with Sakiko's hair while she fell asleep, made small braids, and giggled at how she looked with the braids. "I like your hair" Yuri said, teasing her and Sakiko snapped awake realizing the little braids braided on her hair and smiled playfully. "my turn now," Sakiko said before gesturing to turn around. and a few minutes later, Yuri saw two low ponytails as she inspected them. It wasn't perfect, but Yuri loved it. (they soon went inside and resumed doing their stuff). a few hours later, Yuri saw a crow fly to her, she had been assigned a mission so it was her time to say her goodbyes to Sakiko. Sakiko gave her a quick peck on her check and she left for the mission.

Yuri went to the mountain she was assigned to and started to search the forest. "I heard there was a Lowermoon I could handle" she mumbled. and then she walked until she got to where she sensed a powerful presence near her, most likely a lower moon. " come out now! You can't hide from a hashira now!" Yuri yelled until she saw a demon coming right at her, out of instinct, she jumped out of the way and saw, it wasn't a lower moon. She was confused. It wasn't mentioned about other demons in the area, but she decided to push away her confusion for a bit and sliced the demon's head off. the went deeper into the forest with her sword out. She spotted more demons making their way towards her and she beheaded all of them in a matter of minutes and went to find the lowermoon. She ran for a long time until she finally got to the lowermoon, she saw a woman with a blood-coated kimono, which was ripped at the bottom. She had a petite figure and long silky hair up her waist. and her eyes... written lowermoon two. "oh my, they died rather quick, didn't they?" the lowermoon said, sarcastically. "oh well.. why don't you play with these instead?" she said once again with that cheery voice before showing the rotted corpse of demon slayers, still moving, but dead. Yuri examined the killed corps members and both of them had cloudy eyes and maggots crawling all over them. She did hesitate before going to attack him but she saw them, not moving with their own body, but with some voodoo magic. Yuri sliced off the dead corps member's arm with a clean cut. It didn't get them to stop, so she tried the head instead. The head fell on the ground and the rotting corps member fell, finally dead. So, she decided to do it with the other rotting corps member who was still moving with voodoo magic, making the voodoo magic break. She turned to see the lowermoon, but she was gone. Yuri thought the lowermoon ran somewhere deeper in the forest so she had to run even further, she saw more dead bodies along the way. She was disgusted by the way that demon killed people. She went past MANY dead bodies on the ground, drained of blood. Before she got to the demon, she threw more dead bodies at her. That didn't work because Yuri could easily throw it away. As soon as she got to her, she attacked again, catching the demon off guard. "fast aren't you? two can play at that game" the demon snicked. Whatever attack she was going to do, Yuri was well prepared for the next blow...
