When Its 3:30 pm I go get ready,I get my clothes for karting and pur over normal clothes so dad wont notice,I go And knock Max's door and wait till he open.
When He opens door he smiles at me"Ready to win Nic?"He asks while closing door. "Yea the win will be mine."I say with smile while we go to the hall.
"What race?"Suddenly from behind dad says."Oh I was in just saying that Max did a great job at todays race."I say trying to cover us."Ans where are you two going."He asks curious."I am taking Nic on Ice cream and then I will show her Monaco."Max says."Okay,have fun you two."He smiles at us,it was weird I could see something in his eyes,it looked like he knew something.I was looking at dad when Max sees i am looking at him,he drags me and we go to his car."Why were you looking at him like that?"He asks.
"Max he knows."I say nervous."What he knows?"He asks."I think he knows where we are going."I say looking super nervous and little anxious."Nic calm down,he dont know I promise."He says to calm me Down,I turn away from him and look outside the window while he starts the engine and we drive."I almost forgot to tell you that Charles,Daniel and Lando are gonna be there again."He says with a grin."Max!! Whyyy."I say looking back at him."Nic calm down they wanted to go,I didnt say anything."He says as he drives Is to the race,when we get there I could see the drivers waiting with smiles,we walk to them."Hiii,thanks for coming.",I say while hugging Daniel."I want to see win today."Charles says waiting for hug."I will try."I say And hug him,then there is Lando who is just looking at me.
I walk to him "Hi."I say (awkwarddd) "Hi."He says looking deep into my eyes.
I look Away From his eyes "well I Have to go prepare byee."I say and run away.

Max's POV:
I see Nic hugging Charles and Danny,but when she goes to Lando they just look at each other longly and say just hi,I could feel something is going on between them,when she leaves I go to Lando.
"Lando,what is going on between you two?"I ask while Lando quickly changed his gaze from Nic."What do you mean?"He says"Lando dont play dumb I see you two looking at each other."I say while Charles and Daniel come to us.
"We should go it will start in few minutes."Charles says,I look at Lando one more time and go sit next to Charles looking at Lando.

I run to my kart feeling my cheeks turning red why is he distracting me like this,I sit into my kart and drive on track as P3,I look at Max who is smiling at me,then I look at Lando who sligthly smile at me and mouth me "You can do it" I smile under my helmet and turn into full focus,I wait for start.

When the ligts turn off everyone start racing,I was fighting for first place I get on second place and now I focus on the guy in front of me trying to get the P1,I was pushing and pushing hearing Max shouting "Go, Nic go." I couldnt let my biggest suporter be dissapointed so I was trying really hardly to win.Now its only one lap to go I was pushing as much as I could I could see the flag in front of my while everything was slower I was right behind the guy and in last second I did it I was on first place,I have happy tears while stopping my kart and running to Max."MAX I DID IT,I WON MAX!"I shout at him while hugging him."Yea Nic you did,im So proud of you."He says while he smiles,did you hear it ,he is proud of me.
"YEAA NICOLE THAT WAS AMAZING CONGRATS!!"Danny says while going to hug me."Thanks for being here."I say and hug him."No problem Nic anytime,it was amazing."Charles says walking to me And hugging me to,I look at Lando who is looking at me proudly."You really have talent."He says while he hugs me too
Oh my gosh he hugged me!!!I could feel my cheeks getting red so I quickly pull from his chest and try to hide my cheeks.
"Thanks."I say looking at him,while my brother cough."Nic we should go."He says looking at me,he knew something was going on can this get worse?
We were on our way to car with the others when I see someone standing beside our car,I look at Max confused and he does the same...well everyone is confused so me,Max and the others go to the car to look who it was,when we get closer there is...Dad.

He was furious waiting for us there.
"Ice cream and ride thru Monaco huh?!"He says looking at me and Max,while the other boys look from behind."Can you fucking explain me why are you taking her racing?!"He asks Max looking at him dissapointed."Cause she like it,and cause she has talent."After these words that Max said dads anger just boils."For fucks sake how many times do I Have to say that she doesnt have talent,she isnt like you Max you are just wasting your time!"He says angrily.
"She has!You would know if you seen her race."Max tries to defend me while I was having tears."Mr.Hornes im sorry for interupting but she is really good."Charles says"Dont you say anything!Why are you even here?."He says to charles."Guys you should go I will handle it."Max says to the boys,they look at Max and at me and with sorry eyes they leave."Dad I am really sorry."I say with tears and shaky voice."Stop with the sorry for fuck sake,dont apologize just dont do it,you really dissapointed me today."He says ouch,these words cuts really sharp,I look down."Dad stop it,she will be karting."Max says."Max stop with this things already,you are just wasting your time if she had talent she would be in f1 which she is not,Now get in the car and we are going home."He says angrily.
"But da-."Max says."No buts!"Father says while we go sit in the car,me and Max go in the back,when we sit he hugs me and dont let go off me the whole ride.

At home I run to my room and cry,I felt like everything in my life was breaking and I will be never happy again.I cry for an hour maybe more then I somehow Calm myself and go get myself read, for bed I didnt even had the strenght to eat dinner.When Im washed and dressed I fall into my bad without energy ready to sleep.
