I rang the bell it was around 8 pm now the maid opened the door
'Good evening sir ' she greeted
'Good evening , where is Mayra ?' I asked
'Mayra is playing in the garden ' she informed
'Okay' i made my way to the garden
She was painting something with lots of concentration
'Hey bunny ! ' I picked her up
'Dadda ' she yelled making my ears hurt
'My sweet little bunny how are you ?' I asked her
We video called daily but she has grown a little bit
I missed her so much
'I missed you dadda ' she started crying
' don't cry my bunny I'm here now and I'm not leaving you okay ' I said
She kept hugging me
'I bought you lots of chocolate and toys we'll see that later now show me what were you drawing' I took the page
IT WAS ME AND MAYRA HOLDING HANDS WHILE MY OTHER HAND HELD DEV's HAND , WE LOOKED LIKE A FAMILY
'Why did you draw this ?' I asked
'You always say you like dev uncle so I drew us three together like always' I said
'Your dev uncle is marrying a girl whose name is aditi she is really pretty okay baby dadda likes uncle but don't tell anyone okay ?' i said

'Now let's eat dinner and sleep so we can see all your toys tomorrow' I said
'I have school tomorrow and you'll drop me you never ever dropped me to school before ' she complained

'When did you came ?' Mom asked
'10 minutes before ' I said
'And didn't thought to meet your mom first' she whined
'No my sweet mumma it's not like that I was gonna come to you but I had to meet my little monster first ' I said
She laughed and hugged me
I saw my dad coming i hugged him too and we finally started eating
'Did you met dev ?' My mom asked
'Yes , I just met him and came here he had a girlfriend you know ?' i said
'That's nice na , he might get marry and you find a girl for yourself tou are already 25 now ' She said
'But dadda likes ' I quickly put my hand on mouth of this little monster
'Your dadda likes who ?' Dad asked
' no one dad no one ' i panicked
'You can tell us son , no you shut up you tell ' he said to mayra she never disobey her grandpa so I was done for sure
'Dadda liked dev uncle but he is marrying aditi aunty so now dadda is alone ' she rambled
'Why didn't you confess now it's too late now ' mom said she was okay
' he is dumb shila that's why , you will find someone better don't worry ' my dad said
'Roger that now everyone shut up don't talk about my love life ' I said
'How can we talk about it dad it doesn't exist only ' my own blood is roasting me
'You can enjoy with your grandparents now we are going to our house tomorrow ' i said smirking
'Yes okay ' she said his smile dropped
' do you wanna live with your grandparents you can I'll can live alone there , you can stay here ' i said
'No , how can you live without me huh ?'  She was mad now
'I just said that cause you looked down ' I said
'You don't know anything dadda I don't wanna talk with you ' she said
'Than don't you don't even like living with me that's why your smile dropped' I fought back
'I'm not talking to you ' she said
'I can hear you talking ' I replied
'Stop you both eat now ' we quarrel a lot she is my sibling but also my daughter I love her way too much but I fail as a dad so I prefer her staying with mom dad then me cause I can't fail more she'll too leave me then
I was done as decided I grabbed Urania swedish whiskey it is dev's favourite I bought it for him I wanted to drink as celebration of our relationship
I sat on the grass in our garden
I opened the cap and started drinking it neat
I opened my phone and watched all our photos videos we look so good and happy together
I got a call from him
'Hey ' I said
'She said yess , we are getting married in a month woohooo ' he was yelling on phone
'Congratulations dev so happy for you' while the tears drops from my eyes but I made sure not to show it in my voice
'I'll call you later byeeee ' he sounded happy
'It's so unfair' I said
'What is ?' My dad said
'Nothing ' I tried to whip my tears quickly but they were unstoppable
