Weiss was baffled to say the least. Not as she was back when she discovered about Blake's heritage, no. That one situation had a much more striking impact on herself.

This time however, to recap, Weiss and her friends had gotten on the train to Argus. Things were fairly peaceful, if not for a while. As they were heading to the city, something had caused the train to rumble on their way. That something was unsurprisingly a Grimm as usual.

Team RWBY had a room to themselves in one of the train's coach. It was not as classy as the ones she's oh, so, used to but Weiss didn't complain. Doing so would be seen as snobbish and childish in her opinion. Only a brat would act inappropriately and though she was one at a point in time, she was past that. And besides, the way their cots were set up gave quite the remembrance to how the girls went about their days in the dorms back in Beacon. And the wood on the side of the cots in its entirety was slightly glossy to her eyes with its unique floral engravings. That alone was enough.

Although most people would be the least wee bit nervous or scared with their adrenaline pumping, Weiss was mostly annoyed at the disturbance instead. Alas, she did eventually felt her heart pounding louder as the situations derails itself. Something in the back of her mind tells her such things as this were bound to happen. Team RWBY had been minding their own business in their room. Sure there were a few awkward situations as the gang is back together again but that was all there was.

The girl with red cape was on the top left bunk playing the games in her scroll while Weiss was under it and having some quality time in reading some pamphlets and a magazine she snatch somewhere at the train station. It got something about her favourite food and the news articles about the situation in Atlas, or what was presumed to be, judging by how off the date it was. The same seating can be implied for the black cat and the yellow dragon. Each with their own bunk, the same as it was back at the academy. Yang was quick to adept by fondling with her own scroll, playing video games with Ruby. Blake as always and would be doing, reading her book. It sure have been awhile since Weiss had saw the raven haired girl at ease with her books, the young faunus did bought it back at the station.

It was all getting quiet for Weiss after a long adventurous days and nights she had. That was until a familiar scene began playing before her dainty eyes. The young buddings had said something about-

One shot, two shot, three shot. A loud pitch sound ringing her ears. The girl in white flinches, causing her to drop whatever it was in her hand. Her sudden low of cry was heard thanks to the closed proximity of their coach. "Weiss?" a voice chimed but it can not be heard by the heiress(?)

The voice spoke once again but it was much more energetic though it sounded to be asking something Weiss was too busy to guess what. "Is that Ruby?" she pondered.

Another one joined in, most probably the yellow dragon. Her voice had always sounded cheerful before. Why does it seemed full of worry? Their voice became more muffled by the seconds and her breath are shortening along that she began panting. The heaviness pounding on her head did not help the slightest, only dizziness and pain. So much pain. How long until this is over? How much longer must she waits? Just how much longer must she stays this way?!

*Thud!*

...
...
...

A scream, whose screaming is that? Why is it even screaming at the top of their lungs? The girl could not understand why. All she could do was stare at a dark place filled with nothing. No light, no noise, no- air? Wait what?

The girl gasp awake, her visions blurry as if drenched with tears. Her kept inhaling a much needed air for her lungs though it hurts to do the deed. The cough a few times before rekindles herself with the current situation before her- rather, it was crouching right next to her. Who is that blur of black?

The girl in white sigh. Why does something like this keep happening to her? Why must she suffer like? What did she do to deserve this?

"Weiss? Weiss! Can you hear me?!" It sounded oh so familiar to her. It got an accent to it too. Reminding the girl of someone. Someone with red hair? "Ruby! Everyone! She's awake!" the owner of that voice going milder from each step she took going out of the room.

Slowly she rises up. Her body as a whole was aching. The pounding in her head was mild but it's still there. Damn, she could really use some painkillers right now. Onto a sitting position and feeling the soft comfort of cotton running by her fingers, she turned to look. Much to her confusion, it was a bed. Not hers per say.

Examining the interior of the room she's in, it was definitely not her room back in Atlas or even a hospital bed- of which is strange. Wasn't she at the brink of death moments ago? Shouldn't have she been in a hospital instead at least? Though that wouldn't made sense, they were in the middle of going to Argus anyway. This place does seem familiar but where have Weiss seen this before?

...
...
...

A loud thud was heard coming from the wooden double door of their coach. Just as quick did it came so did the glistening white sword that was summoned, only inches away from meeting the man's head. In shock they were, they turned back to the source of that summon. Their friend of the greyish battle gown who were panting heavily.

"Weiss?" A girl in red cape called out to her friend, concerned of what's happening right before her silver eyes. Focusing on the task at hand, from her analytical eyes- Weiss was in a state of fight or flight. Her eyes were pacing back and forth from her teammates including the unlucky man.

Without needing a second glance, her eyes wanders to her partner in distress. There's no mistaking it, a sword as white as the owners glyph. It was Weiss' own summon. But she was frantic as if no idea where she currently at. Weiss have had a panic attack similarly but never to the extent of hurting others! She wouldn't want to hurt others, especially her friends...

A girl in red cape drawn closer to the heiress with caution. Carefully not to startle the confused girl. One could only guess what their seeing. The girl in silver flinches and eyes wide, still panting but mild. Her focus are now on Ruby, and she could see it. In the heiress' eyes, a beaming snowflake. There have only been one instance where Ruby had seen it. And it was during when Beacon were about to fall.

There she was standing agast at the top on one of Beacon's tower. There with her knees on the pavement, Pyrrha struggles to keep her breath steady. She must have injured her knee. Even with Weiss' help Ruby were far too late. She was late but then- how was Weiss there first? Right in the middle of the arrow and Pyrrha. Then there was a cry, a cry Weiss yelled out as it struck her abdomen.

Hearing it brought Ruby back to reality. They were in shock, all of them but something in Ruby felt odd. Almost as if this happened before but different. It's at the top of her tongue but she can't speak. Not since Weiss... This wasn't how it happened. Why is Weiss there? It was supposed to reach Pyrrha's chest. She- Cinder was going to- No. No. NO. NO!

Ruby slurp in the phantom bolus in her throat, ending her vision of the past and took another step closer to Weiss. "Weiss..." She called out softly. The heiress stood back with a glare like they were enemies.

"Weiss it me, Ruby." That seems to have gotten the heiress attention more. Seeing that her battle formation had softened. There's no danger here or at least- "not yet." Weiss spoke.

Hearing her respond made Ruby tilt her head. "What's she talking about?" asks Yang to no one in particular in a low tone of voice.

Weiss huffed out a sigh. Like easing herself out from a cold sweat from a long nightmare. Weiss closed her eyes and loosen her shoulders. She opens her eyes but the cold glow is still there. Her sword that was stuck to the door dissipate till nothings left but a scratch. "Sorry about that Qrow." she apologised.

"Yeah, uh... Don't worry about that. You alright now?" He said slowly, thanks to his semblance; a bad luck or two is not out of the ordinary. Weiss was silent for a while, thinking how to answer. "I'm- fine. For now." she settled on saying.
