Somewhere in history things can repeat itself whether one likes it or not. The changing of tides could only be influenced so much. The only way you can change it, is to take the first step.

Focus...

It has been done. Weiss had told them. She had told all the details she could remember in that instance. She had told them the most truthful she could be, though there were some parts she had rather not- saying she would explain it when there's another chance she gets. "You knew. You knew this whole time and you just-" as expected it would be the yellow dragon who'd be bantering first. Fortunately she didn't make a move.

"Yang!" the younger of the two called out, trying to calm the blond. "So what does it matter now, it doesn't change anything!" that might have been the point all along. Not changing anything or most of their situation would have been in their best favour regardless. Had things too fast, too slow or not at all would have caused unpredictable variables.

"why didn't you tell us?! We could have helped you since- well I don't know- the beginning?!" the others, except for Oscar knew what Yang was referring to. It was one of those times when Weiss was concerning to their eyes but was out of reach to help her. At the time it wasn't their business to bother but knowing it now of all times had incurred a feeling that it was Weiss who didn't trust them with this secret.

"I don't have much time, neither of us does so please listen-." Weiss trying to counter yet was still unheard of by the raging blond and she is getting impatient. "You could have told us!" something in Weiss snapped. She really hates this yelling contest, it reminds her of the time she was being immature towards her team and if Yang was so concerned why isn't she listening!

"I can't!" Weiss yelled the loudest any of them had ever heard, startling them in the process. The yellow one had finally stopped to see the platinum white girl and how distressed she was. "If I could have my way I would've told you sooner. Heck, I would have told you from the start!" her voice was rumbling in their ears. Somewhere at the end of her sentence, there had been an echo to it. Was it because of the frozen atmosphere- not possible since Jinn had long been returned to her lamp. Was it something else they couldn't quite comprehend?

"There's always a price for something you want, Yang. Why is it that I was always out of it?" that had spark confusion in their minds, wondering what this had got to do with- oh...

It seems like wisdom has dawned on by now but Weiss isn't done. She had gone through the trouble of risking her very own soul for their sake- for this second chance! To hear them childishly yell at her is infuriating. They don't even know how her life was, they don't even know what could have happened had it not been for her help and they dared to question her like this?!

Weiss balled her hand into a fist and cleaned her teeth. "Wanna know why I was silent? Well that's the thing. That was the price I was willing to take for us- for all of you!" she yelled, letting all the pent up tiredness, annoyance and anger out. They don't know her strife- Oh how much she suffered before even being able to get this chance. What family she lost.

The young dragon stutters, she hadn't thought of it. She should have watched her words and now she regrets disdainfully as she looks to the eyes of cold and piercing blue- why does it look like it's shining?

Filled with anger, a lonely being came to whisper. "They don't stand a chance. Had you been in full control they'd be on the floor grovelling." Weiss knows for sure its merely her own dark thoughts playing tricks but the offer is just too delicious to ignore. The snow white hexagon in those eyes began to dye its line in red, a contrast to the bright blue hue. Her eyes narrowed to a scorn over the young dragon. Had it not been for the presence of light in her hollowed body, Weiss would have let go of her morality.
