a/n: Hi there! Thanks for deciding to give this little story a shot. You've come to the right place if you're looking for a cutesy, slow burn, long distance, strangers to lovers read. This is the first thing I wrote in ten years and I think it's not too bad of a start, so hopefully you'll fall in love with it just as much as I did over the past eight months.
Here's my offer:
I get some of your time and in return, you'll get 50 chapters (excluding this prologue) to witness Máire and Taylor getting to know each other through texts, calls and journals. Sounds like a deal to me!
The story takes place between late 2022 and 2024 and best believe I did my best to add TTPD references during my final edit. That announcement really threw me off, lol. If I'll manage to stick to my desired posting schedule (meaning if life doesn't get in the way), there should be roughly five chapters coming out per week.
Now, before I let you go immerse right into their story, there's one last thing for me to do and that is to say the biggest fucking THANK YOU possible to Pauli, who's been with me through every single word of this. Girl, you really deserve ghostwriting credits. Call Me Up Again wouldn't be alive without your constant support and fangirling. Forever grateful for you!
Excited and nervous to put this out, Sam
