(Here is the second and last part. Hope you enjoy.)

It had been a few centuries since you had eaten that peach and you have been discovering and learning so much. You have settled at your new home on Flower Fruit Mountain but you still went out to see the world and had brought back souvenirs. The monkeys absolutely adored you. You would make time to play with them and even make them some treats from the fruit grown on the mountain. Bino was your little sweet gem as you affectionately call him, he would sometimes just ride on your shoulders as you would walk around the mountain and do some chores.

But one of the things you loved the most was your relationship with Wukong. After admitting that you both had feelings for each other, you continued to spend time together and see where your relationship would go. Soon it blossomed into one that was romantic. Wukong had even made a picnic for the tow of you and it was absolutely romantic. And hilariously since her chocked a little as he was talking. You giggled as he made such a silly face as he pound his chest and coughed out the peach pit. "You are adorable." You said. Wukong pouted and turned away as he crosses his arms, "I'm not adorable." He grumbled. It reminded you of when you had said no to serving him extra when you two first met.

Though, there were times that got hard. Wukong had to go and stop Demon Bull King from terrorizing and conquering the Mortal Realm. He had returned but was without his iconic staff. You had asked what had happened and that he had sealed him away in a mountain but then saw how he looked sad. You gave him some distance as things proceeded normally but upon the fourth day in which Wukong had not spoke to you, that is when you had enough.

"I know he is hurting. I have been putting this aside for too long." You said as you walked up to the hut after returning from one of your walks. Bino gave some concern hoots as you marched on. You gave him a pat on the head then grabbed him off your shoulder and placed him on the ground. "I know what you mean. But I feel like he needs this." You told him. Bino gave you hoot of encouragement and you smiled at him as you then continued onward. You then stopped at the door to his room and you gently knocked. When you did not hear anything, you knocked again. You then opened the door and looked to find Wukong curled on his bed with his back facing you.

You frowned as you then entered the room and closed the door quietly behind you. You then walked over and sat on the bed as you move to face Wukong and rest your hands on his shoulder and head. "Wukong, I know something is wrong. You can tell me what it is." You assure him. At first, he did say anything but then you felt him shift. You removed your hands as he sits up on his knees. You copy him as you rest your hands on you lap and look at him with a patient look. He takes a deep breath as he then finally looks into your eyes. "I feel like I lose." You blinked in surprise but say nothing as you encourage him to continue. Wukong clenches his fists into his pants, "I feel like that I try so hard, and yet I still lose." He does not know what is compelling him to tell you all this, but he felt so tired of keeping everything in. "He was my friend. And yet I had to seal him away or someone from the Celestial Rea would have done something worse." He then coughs out a laugh, "And yet, I have already done that." You frowned in worry as you see him smile, but it was one of pain.

"Before I traveled with the monk, I had friends. Well, some of them weren't really my friends. One just wanted to use me, stroke my ego, so that I would overthrow the Jade Emperor, and guess what? I got sealed in a mountain for 500 years!" He says. You flinch back a little from his tone but still remained quiet as he continues. "But, my first friend, he was like me. A monkey but he was not born from a stone like I was but he was still... like me. It made me feel less alone, but then before I meant you, he did something. And I.... I just.... I had to.... I didn't mean to..." You cupped his face and he stops. You saw the pain in his eyes, heard the guilt in his voice.

"Stop. You don't have to continue." You said. You then guide his head down and closed your eyes as your foreheads touched. Wukong was speechless. You felt guilty. You had been annoyed that Wukong would not tell you what was wrong, but hearing and seeing how he was at the brink of a breakdown made you feel remorseful for feeling that you forced him to talk. Wukong on the other hand, did not know what compelled him to spill on this onto you, but your touch, your presence, was calming. He closed his eyes, the tears in his eyes fall down his face, as he leans into you. It was quiet for a while until you felt him inhale and leaned back as you opened your eyes to see bud golden eyes look back at you. "You don't have to continue." You tell him.

He shook his head. "No. I need to." He argues. You frowned and asked him if he has sure. He nod his head. You removed your hands from his face as you instead held his hands. Wukong took a deep breath to calm himself as he continued. His friend, who was monkey like him but had black fur and powers relating to the shadows, had pretended to be him and attacked his master. He thought that Wukong was being forced to serve them, though it was not completely false, and Wukong fought with him. However, he took it too far. When facing against his former brothers, he had imprisoned two of them in the Memory Scroll. The last one, the one that used him, was taken and imprisoned in the Underworld.

Wukong then said how imprisoning Demon Bull King was the safest option for he would still be alive, though he would be away from his family. It was quiet and then you told Wukong that you were sorry, but he said not to be for he felt that it was long overdue. You let a tear fall as you realize that for how confident and laid back the Monkey King is, he is not without his own baggage. You both then lay down on the bed as you face each other. Wukong was hiding his face in your chest and you gently pet the back of his head as you held him close. You then remembered the times you spent with the group while on the journey to the west.

"I can't imagine what it is like to have to fight people you were close with, but I never had any friends before you, SangZang, and the others." You tell him. He hums to let you know he was paying attention. "I was so focused on finding the people responsible that I just didn't feel like I had time. But that didn't mean I had met and spend time with some people. It wasn't anything personal, just some rest and a little talking here and there. But when I meant you guys and got to join your journey, I guess I had finally let friendship into my heart."

Wukong then looked up you as you looked down at him. He then leans up and places his lips on yours. Your eyes widen but then closed as you kissed back. It was gentle but held so much in it. It ended after only a moment and yet it felt like an eternity. You both smiled at each with love and affection. "You know, maybe we should go talk to Bull King's family?" You offered. Wukong then huffed as he buried his face in your chest again. "I don't think Princess Iron Fan will be all too happy to see me." He says, and you laugh at the feeling of him talking into your chest. "Come on~ Uf you want to make right, you gotta push the pride aside." You tease as you pet his head.

You had known him for a long time and while there is still a lot to learn, you have all the time in the world.

The End.

(I hope this was enjoyable.)
