3RD PERSON POV

Weeks had gone by since the emotional night that Y/n & Juju experienced. The two had a new connection and understanding between each other, turning away the dread that they had towards the upcoming date; signing day.

The night before the important moment, Juju decided to spend the night at Y/n's. The girl staying over was a reoccurring event that had been happening a lot more since their talk. Juju uses "I just want to see you as much as I can before you leave." as an excuse for being in Y/n's skin the past few days.

Good music, hugs, kisses, laughs, and affectionate words were displayed throughout the night, and the girls just simply enjoyed each other's presence.

It was almost twelve-thirty in the morning and both girls were still wide awake, knowing they had to be up in the morning. Y/n was resting between Juju's legs as the two girls were watching Instagram reels on Y/n's iPad, laughing at every other video that played.

Swiping through the feed, the girls come across a Chick-fil-A advertisement. They both watched as the video played, and when it came to an end both of the girls turned their heads to look at each other with devious grins on their faces.

"You hungry?" Y/n said sitting up and grabbing her phone, checking the time to see if the place would still be open.

In perfect timing, Juju's stomach lightly growled, causing both girls to bust out laughing.

"I think that answers your question."

"Wanna ride?" Y/n asked rolling off of Juju and the bed. She landed on the floor, grabbing her keys that had fallen there.

"You know I'm always down," Juju said, kicking her legs that were now dangling off the side of the bed.

Y/n shot up from the floor and happily walked into her closet, grabbing her slides & two hoodies. She slipped one on herself and placed the other one on her bed for Juju to wear.

"Here, put that on," Y/n said as she grabbed Juju's crocs from the other side of the room.

"I'm hot right now," Juju groaned leaning back against the bed.

"But it's cold outside, and that tank top is not gonna be warm enough," Y/n simply said fixing the girl's socks and sliding the shoes onto her feet.

"You right," Juju muttered, slipping the jacket on.

"I know I am, now come on," Y/n said with a smirk holding out her hand, but her facial expression dropped as she was met with a look that she knew all too well.

Y/n sighed deeply as she turned around and let the girl get on her back.

"I don't know why you're always tryna be carried. You're tall as shit. We're literally the same size yet I'm always hauling you around," Y/n rambled. Nevertheless, she kept hold of Juju, grabbing her wallet & both of their phones.

"Because why walk and waste energy when you have someone that could pick you up and take you everywhere with no complaints?" Juju said wrapping her arms around Y/n's neck and leaning her head on her shoulder.

"You right," Y/n said walking out of her room to the garage.

"I know I am." Juju slickly repeated, taking pictures of the two on her phone with a smirk, laughing as Y/n rolled her eyes.

Y/n made her way over the the passenger side of the car and placed Juju in the seat, giving her a light kiss before closing the door.

She walked over to the driver's side and got in, looking over at Juju to see the girl blushing deeply, causing her to giggle.
