Remus's POV
I woke up the next morning feeling a mixture of apprehension and excitement. I have never been on a date before, and I'm not quite sure what to expect. I look over at the clock to realize that I woke up later than I had intended and I'm running late. I jumped out of bed and threw on the clothes closest to me. It occurred to me just as I was leaving the dorm that my rummaging had woken up Sirius.
"BLOODY HELL MOONY!" Sirius bellowed, "WHY THE HELL ARE YOU UP AT THIS HOUR!"
"Sirius, it's almost noon." I replied calmly.
"Well until the clock strikes twelve pm, it's still early morning to me."
I was too nervous to deal with Sirius' antics and decided to throw my pillow at him. Sirius' reflexes kicked in and he ducked just as the pillow was about to make contact with his head full of dark black curls. Much to my dismay, the pillow flys straight over Sirius' bed and hits James who is taking a power nap after his early morning Quidditch practice.
"AHHHHHHHH," James shrieks in a high pitched girl voice as he leaps out of bed, arms flailing (fire karate moves. #ninjawarrior).

"Fuck off Padfoot," James sighs in relief, realizing there was no one attacking him.
I got so tired of their banter that I tried to slip out of the room without them knowing. I thought I had succeeded until Sirius yelled, "Where the hell are you going Moony?"
"Out," I replied with no further elaboration as I rushed out of the door.
I quickly made my way through the castle and into the Great Hall, which is where I told Tobias I would meet him. As I approved the table I saw him sitting there. He looked up as he saw me approach, his smile shining as bright as his blue eyes.
"Morning Remus," he stands up to greet me.
"Hi Tobias," I replied.
"Are you ready to go?" He asks. I nod and we both start walking out of the Great Hall.
We make small talk as we approach the station and climb up onto the train. Tobias gets on first then holds out his hand to help me step on board. We then find a compartment and enjoy the short train ride into Hogsmeade.
Once we got off the train, we decided that our first stop should be Honeydukes to stock up on some sweet treats. After collecting an assortment of candies, we head over to Madam Puddifoot's to enjoy a nice cup of tea. We sat down at one of the cute tables in the corner and enjoyed the free biscuits that came with our drinks.
"So, how are you liking Hogwarts?" I ask Tobias.
"It's amazing! Truly lives up to its reputation."
"Yeah I couldn't imagine being taught at any other school. Hogwarts is my home."
