I'm sorry I'm late (Taynew)

Today's concert got me all emotional. I watched it with my bestfriend and Tay's solo where he sang for his grandma got us emotional. I remembered a fic I thought about writing about tay's grandma passing that time. This is just a scenario (no offence to anyone.)

It was September of 2022, TayNew had recently shot Safehouse S4 together both were very tired as they had continuous shoots. Newwiee being tired to no end as had 4 different series to shoot, it'd be fortunate for him to be at home for more than 12 hrs. He was tired, what he dreaded more was that he couldn't spend any time with his family, friends but what irritated him the most was he couldn't see his boyfriend, Tay out of work for a long time. Hangouts were so hard to arrange thus, sleepovers seem almost impossible.

They had recently celebrated their 6th anniversary and that was the last proper meal and sleepover they had. Newwiee was shooting for 'Manee Phitsawat' up in the mountains, unfortunately there was no signal so getting to contact anyone was a huge miracle. Whenever they could they'd try. It was a week of work, they had somehow reached the fourth day.

On the fourth day, when New got a break between his scenes and picked up his phone, he panicked seeing so many calls from tay. He immediately ran around looking for a signal in urgency to call Tay back. Fortunately he found the signal fast and immediately called him back.

"Hi Te, sorry for calling now. I just finished shooting. What happened, is everything okay babe?" New asked, panicking. "H-Hi-Hin..." Taay replied crying hysterically "Te- Te- are you okay? What happened? It's ok I'm here, tell me." New asked back. "Hin.. Yaya-Yaya.." Tay couldn't speak before he broke down crying again.

"What happened to yaya, Tay? Darling calm down and tell me what happened?" New asked, still panicking. "Yaya is no more." Tay said, almost shocked. "Yaya what.. Shit Tay baby are you okay?" New asked almost crying himself, even though tay and him didn't post pictures about Newwiee meeting Tay's family and about him being in Chiang Mai doesn't mean that it didn't happen instead he had grown pretty close to their family and he was the second in-law of the Vihokratana family.

"New.. need you." Tay said needly. "I know baby I'm sorry I can't be there... Hello- Tay hello?" the signal was cut, New was again running around looking for network. On the other hand, Tay broke down crying. Off came and hugged him. "Peng..." "I know peng I know that you want him here, he must be desperate too. He'll call you back as soon as he gets on the network." Off says trying to calm Tay down. Tay just keeps crying trying to hold himself together. Off, Gun, Arm, Alice came to Chiang Mai as soon as they came to know what happened. Everyone was extra worried since New wasn't around as New could hold Tay through everything, and New was the only one in front whom Tay allowed himself to breakdown completely and unwind.

Newwiee was still looking for network when a staff came to him calling him for his next shot. "Sorry phi! Can you give me 15 mins? This is an emergency." New said roaming around, looking for network. "What happened nong? Is everything okay?" "No phi! Tay needs me right now. He lost his grandma. Can you delay the shot for 15 mins? I promise I'll be back soon." Staff nods understandingly. New finally called Tay as he got the network. What he didn't know was that everyone around Tay's phone was connected to the video player showing tay and his grandma's memories. When New called, Tay got up to disconnect his as the video luckily ended.

He answered the call and immediately walked out "Hin.." "Sorry Tay! I'll try to be back as soon as I can. I know you aren't feeling good!", "Hin..I don't know what to do Hin?" " Ohh baby! I know it's hard but you'll get through. Just a little more and I'll be right with you. I'm sorry that I'm not there." New said, trying to control himself from crying. "Don't skip your meals, ok! If you aren't able to eat much but eat a little. Don't answer people's calls if you don't want to."
