Summer love (TayNew)

Summary- Tay and Gun were Off New's summer love. Summer love doesn't usually last so, what about OffGun and TayNew?

(I am not going to write about how they fell in love, I'll just give a gist of it as I have something more in mind.)

Characters-

Tay

New- lead guitarist and singer

Off- pianist

Gun

Arm - Lead singer

Krist - drummer

Off and New were first cousins from their father's side. Eversince their birth they were joined by hip also because their houses were right next to each others. They were the lead singers of their band 'The Cool kids' in their university and New was also the lead guitarist. They were in their 3rd year. They had a major competition coming up and they hadn't been able to focus as they hadn't gotten a break after their exams due to the consecutive music competitions. To unwind they went to their grandparents' town for their 2 month break.

Where they met Tay and Gun. TayGun were best friends but one didn't know that the other had feelings for him. Tay had been in love with Gun for as long as he could remember and with being in college it didn't come easy to him as Gun was always the centre of attention as he was unbelievably talented and cute. He didn't know that was soon going to change.

The four hit it off the day they met- OffGun both had huge love for Acting and singing whereas Tay New were both business minded so they hit off real well. Tay was jealous with how much Off and Gun hung out together but the feelings soon disappeared when he noticed how different he was with New. Even though New liked to get on his nerves, New understood him the best. New was the first person who noticed his feelings for Gun.

When New found out he made Tay forcefully hang out with him or he threatened that he would expose his secret. Ofc New wouldn't do that but it still scared him.

New bought out different sides of him which he was scared to show. He didn't want anyone to know that he was a good singer but he could sing his heart out in front of New without being scared of judgement. He felt at home around New and that was all it took to realise that he liked New.

New was head over heels the first time he met Tay. He never felt like that but the day he met Tay, he wanted to spend his life with him. He was stumped when he found out Tay's feelings towards Gun but it soon ended when he realised he could use it to his advantage.

OffNew stayed there for a month and it changed his life. They were having dinner with their grandparents during their last week there. "So, what did you two do the whole week here? We rarely saw you two." Their grandma said. "Ya! We were with Tay and Gun majority of the time. We are oddly similar in different aspects." Off said laughing. "Well, I am glad you had fun. I bet they took you to their favourite waterfall." Their grandma chuckled. "Yeah they did!" Off and New spoke in unison. They continued their dinner while laughing and telling them about all the things they did.

"When will you tell them about your feelings? " Their grandpa said. Off and New looked at them shocked. "What, you didn't think we saw how you talked to those lads? Do it before it's too late." Their grandma suggests. They looked at each other and nodded without saying anything and rushed out.

They both rushed to Tay and Gun's houses respectfully. Luckily, Tay and Gun were walking outside. They rushed to them. "We want to talk to you." New and Off say together. Gun grabbed Off's hand dragging him somewhere.
