"Keigo just sign the fucking the paper, we leave tomorrow." You groan watching Keigo stare down blankly at the paper.
"I literally have your fate in my hands, maybe you shouldn't be acting so mean right now." He said teasingly while tapping his pen against the paper. The two of you were in the teachers lounge as he sat at Aizawas desk looking down at the paper.
"You're already going as the surprise hero, just sign it for me," you say not showing any signs or being nicer.
"I can go without you," he says before taking a small breath, "plus I'm not sure you're ready for this."
"What?" You ask and stand up from the chair in front of him.
"You'll have to fight real villains possibly, and there will be very life like simulations," he explains in more serious tone.
"So what? I'll be fine. Plus do you know how weird it'll look if I don't go? This is a good chance for relationship building and showing the committee I'm ready for this," you try to explain.
"But I don't think you are." He says in a firm tone.
"Then why the hell did you let me convince you to be the surprise hero and let me talk about the trip. I asked you over a week ago and you never mentioned not letting me go," you say disappointment clear in your voice.
"I was going to, but the more I thought about it, the more I grew unsure," he shrugs clearly not meaning to upset you but not seeming like he's going to change his mind.
Without really thinking you glare at him. Keigo picks up the pen and signs the paper quickly. Using your telekinesis you pull the paper through the air.
"See you tomorrow Ke," you say and look away and turn to leave before he can say anything.
Right as you open the door a feather flies by you and pins the paper to the wall. "Using powers you're not supposed to have is exactly what I'm worried about."
"You riled me up on purpose," you say in a low tone knowing you'd messed up.
"You're right, and you fell for it," Keigo said and stood up from the desk.
You look back at him with a frown, "So what. Papers are still signed and I'm going. You're my legal guardian in pen and paper only, I don't have to listen to you."
He sighs but reluctantly nods motioning towards the door, "I can't make you respect me, so just go."
"Bye Keigo," you said and left the room leaving him there alone. You walked back to the dorms thinking and regretting what you had done. A part of you knew he was right, about the using powers at least, not so much about you not being ready for this.
I mean I'm not some helpless kid. If I'm allowed to go to this school then I should be allowed to do everything else the other students do.
You enter the dorm building quietly, trying to not alarm any possible classmates who might still be awake. As you pass through the common area you hear a noise coming from the kitchen. Before you can quickly scape up the stairs you see a silhouette approach you from the darkness.
"Where the fuck were you?" Bakugo asks as he becomes visible.
"God dammit Bakugo, you scared me," you say taking a breath of relief m, "I thought you were another classmate or something."
"I'm clearly not, so spill it extra," he says more aggressively this time.
"Ugh, I was with Hawks, he had to sign my permission slip," you reluctantly tell him knowing he'd only keep asking.
