9 ||| Jealousy

"Hello?" You say back to Keigo confused why he seemed to so happy to see you. While your friends were still behind you, you took the chance to focus on him.

"We aren't supposed to be close y/n. Remember they don't think I've seen you since rescuing you."

"It's great to see you again Mori," he continued to smile at you and your friends.

"Oh uh, yea nice to see you too Hawks," you said trying to act normal so your friends would suspect anything.

"Oh and Pinky and Earjack, nice to see you guys too," he said waving to them. He was able to act so easily, I guess that should be suspected. I mean he's great at going undercover, so something like this isn't an issue at all.

"Nice to see you again Hawks!" Ashido said excitedly. Even with her pink skin you saw her blushing as she spoke to the hero. Jirou seemed happy to see him too.

As the three of them spoke with each other you stepped back slowly. There was no point in trying to stay and make conversation. Clearly they all knew each other way better than you did.

You walked away silently following another group of your classmates out of the airport.

"Mori! You didn't wanna stay back and talk to hawks? I thought he was your favorite hero?" Kaminari asked curiously as he appears next to you.

"Oh, yea Hawks is amazing and he is," you said trying to think of a reason, "I just kinda got nervous that's all."

"Oh I totally get that. Like some pros I'm fine with, but it others I'm a mess, ya know?" He said giving you a reassured look.

"Yea, I do." you agreed returning his reassuring look.

"Can't be a pro if you're scared of pros idiots," you heard Bakugo say from behind you both.

Slowly you look back as he and Kirishima make their way up next to you and Kaminari. "There's nothing wrong with getting nervous around your hero's. I looked up to them as a kid, if anything it makes me more nervous to work with them."

"Yea me too, I'm like totally freaked out I might make a mistake with them while on a mission together," Kaminari agrees with you.

"And you being nervous is exactly what is going to lead to a mistake. Seriously how did you guys make it into UA," Bakugo says with clear annoyance in his eyes.

"Kat you seriously need to chill," Kamari teases, "we're on vacation stop being so serious," he continues throwing his arm around Bakugos shoulder.

Bakugo shook off his arm and shoved Kaminari, "Would you shut it? This isn't a vacation dumbass."

"Well it sorta is," Kirishima finally chimes in, "yea half of it is practicing and training. But the other half is pure relaxation," he says already smiling at the thought of relaxing.

"Ugh, stupid extras," Bakugo huffs and walks off ahead of you three towards the hotel.

"And there he goes," you say watching him disappearing into the hotel.

"I wonder if he remembers we're sharing a room with him," Kirishima asks as you three also approach the entrance.

"Well we should go remind him if he did," Kaminari says in a teasing tone. Kirishima agrees almost immediately and the two rush into the elevator.

"See ya later Mori! Let's hang at the beach tonight!" Kirishima waves as the doors close shut.

"Sure," you smiled and headed down the hallway to find the room you'd be sharing with Ashido and Jirou. As you got to your room and began to unpack you kept thinking back to Keigo talking with your friends. You wondered if they were joking and laughing like old friends.
