Anon's POV
Ever since I was discharged from the hospital, everything was starting to come back to me. I remember my house and my mother, which was great. I remember Haneoka, and the girls from my class who would often say hello to me every morning.
While I was happy that my memory is starting to come back, I can't help but feel like that something was missing, or rather... someone. Someone I hold close to my heart.
"Anon-chan."
I looked over to see someone coming towards me. It was that girl who sat in front of me during class. She was also there on the days I was at the hospital along with her friends. It took me a while for me to remember her name.
"You're... Tomori-chan, right?" I asked.
She nodded her head. Yay, I got it right! Points for me.
"How are you... holding up?" She asked softly.
"How am I holding up? What do you mean?" I asked, confused by what she meant.
"I meant... with your amnesia." She replied.
"Oh, that? Yeah, it's improving." I said. "Some stuff is still a blur, but at least I am getting better."
"I see, that's good to know."
Tomori smiled softly at me once again. There was something about it that seemed familiar, too. But no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to remember...
"Tomori-chan, how do you know about I was suffering through amnesia anyway?" I asked her in confusion.
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"Well, it's just... given how shy and quiet you are, I thought you would ignore something like this."
Tomori looked at me with a downcast expression.
