We arrived at Northcoast. Pinarada ko agad ang Audi sa usual spot ko na malapit sa elevator nitong underground basement.

"Wake up, sleepyhead."

Tinapik ko siya sa balikat pero hindi ito gumalaw. Inalis ko ang seatbelt niya.

I sighed, "Come on, baby. Wake up."

I tried tapping her soft cheeks and she moved a little.

"Did you just call me baby?" She yawned, and her cheeks a little red than usual. She's flushed from the alcohol.

I smiled before saying, "Did I?"

Her cheeks turned even more red.

"Why are you blushing?"

"I think it's because my ex calls me baby. Yon ang tawagan namin." Sagot niya.

My smirk fell upon hearing her say that. That's one way to make me throw up in a split second.

I scoffed, "Let's get you inside now."

"I don't feel so good." She whispered, breathing slowly.

"I'll carry you inside."

Bago pa siya makaangal ay binuhat ko na siya na parang sako ng bigas sa aking balikat.

Naiirita ako sa di malamang dahilan.

Pumasok ako sa elevator at pinindot ang floor ni Gabby. Just below my floor.

"Isaac." Her words were slurred.

I sighed, "What now?"

"Ibaba mo na ako."

I slowly brought her body down until her heels touched the carpeted floor of this elevator.

"Why'd you drink so much?" I asked.

Gabby looked up at me with a frown.

"Because someone doesn't answer their phone calls." Sabi nito.

I sighed, "I already apologized."

"Alam ko. I'm just messing with ya!" She giggled right in front of me. How can she look so adorable and drunk at the same time, right now?

"Are you an alcoholic?"

"Bakit mo naman natanong?"

I smiled, "I'm just genuinely curious."

I sincerely think that Gabriela Salazar is an alcoholic. The woman drinks red wine for breakfast like it's water.

"I'm not an alcoholic, dumbass."

Humalukipkip ito sa gilid.

"Why were you getting wasted with that asshole in the first place?"

"He found me. He called me baby." She smiled and giggled.

Nangunot ang noo ko sa narinig.

Does she still like that motherfucker?

"He called you baby?" And here I thought I couldn't get any more irritated.

Gabriela chuckled, "He wanted to get back together." A hiccup erupted from her lips.

I let out a ridiculous laugh.

"Are you back together now, then?"

"Nope."

"Good." That was all I needed to hear.

I raised my head and watched the numbers go up inside the elevator.

"Hm..."

"Are you cold?" I asked.
