I disconnect the call and walk to the treadmill and do a 5 mile run ,just to get my mind out of the Isabella problem
After the whole run I take my water bottle to drink and then Adrian comes in the with skull and Leonardo
They are Laughing and they don't seem to see me "it's a little early for noise don't yall think "I ask them going to take the dumbbells .
"We didn't think you'll be in here " Adrian says trying to look all serious
