**Aurora's POV:**
Who thought it was a good idea for me to sneak out and meet Xavier right after I got home? I received the biggest yelling of my life! I understand that I just got out of the hospital, but I feel fine.
Now, I'm in my room reading a book about dating because all my previous experiences have been terrible. Seriously, what is wrong with me? He didn't even ask me out on a date.
Oh, how I wish I had a sister right now; instead, I'm stuck with eight brothers. Mom is out with Dad, so I can't ask her.
I threw the book on the floor and went to bed. Xavier has been in my life for so long; he is one of the most important people to me. But as I lie in bed staring at the ceiling, I start to feel scared of losing him, even though we don't have much of a relationship.
Many relationships don't end well, and I fear that I will lose him.
The next day, I had school—yay, note the sarcasm. I'm really not in the mood to see or talk to anyone. If you haven't noticed, I'm in a bad mood and seriously debating whether I should just skip school. I mean, I have a high IQ, so I could just skip ahead to college, but of course, I don't have enough time to make that choice. Then, my mom walks in as if it's her room, not mine, and tells me that I'm late and that my brothers have already left.
So I get up, get ready, and go. But am I really going? No, I have other plans. I head to school, say hi to my brothers and their friends, and then sneak out without anyone noticing. I order an Uber and leave my phone in my car to make sure that if my mom has a tracker on it, she won't know I'm skipping.
I go to an apartment of mine that no one knows about and start watching "The Originals." Seriously, why can't Klaus be real? I don't know how, but I ended up falling asleep while I was watching TV.
Apollo pov:-
Aurora did look fine when we saw her today and I haven't even seen her for the rest of the day When we got out of school her car was still there but she was nowhere to be found I waited for an hour before I called Dad "Dad Aurora is nowhere to be found" I say
"What do you mean?"
"We saw her when she came to school, but I'm standing by her car. She hasn't come out. I checked the school and she is not here. I called her, and her phone is in her car," I explain.
"Okay son am coming" he said ending the call
After Dad arrived, we reviewed the camera footage, and it was clear that she left on her own. We went home, and Mom started to panic because no one knew where she was. She called all her friends, but no one had any idea where she could be. Mom was really frantic.
Xavier pov:-
After Aunt Andrea called, I couldn't focus on things; Aurora was missing, and no one knew where she went, not even me.
I called people from her mafia but they didn't know anything
Five hours later
Aurora pov:-
I woke up feeling much better, only to realize it was night. Oh man, I'm officially dead! I grabbed my keys to another car parked there and drove home, hoping no one would notice. Unfortunately, I wasn't that lucky. The moment I stepped foot inside, I saw Uncle Dimitri, Uncle Edward, Xavier, Milo, both grandfathers, and Grandma Mary. Weren't you two supposed to be traveling around the world?
I tried; trust me, I really tried to sneak to my room, but of course, my mom saw me. "AURORA ARLA ROSSI!" she screamed. I did the only thing I could do: I ran to my room. Unfortunately, she chased after me. I managed to get inside and close the door. I wasn't going to go down without a fight.
"if you don't open the door this second I will remove this door" she screams
"Promise me that I'm not in trouble," I said.
"Not in trouble, honey; you are in a lot more than trouble," she said.
"But I'm your only daughter," I replied.
"Get out now, or God help you, Aurora," she warned, and I knew that if I didn't open the door, she would really remove my door.
I opened the door and stepped out. I looked around and noticed that everyone was trying to stifle their laughter, except for Mom, who looked really angry at me. Dad, on the other hand, was checking to see if I had any injuries. When he saw that there were none, he sighed in relief.
"In my defense, I fell asleep, and the first thing I did when I woke up was come home," I said.
"You fell asleep where? You were supposed to be at school! And why did you leave your phone in your car?" Mom asked gently.
"In one of my apartments that you don't know about. I left my phone because I know you put a tracker on it. I'm really sorry; I just needed some time to think," I explained.
"Please don't do that again. We were scared for you," Mom said. I nodded. She smiled at me, and I went back to my room.
