Elly entered the bedroom and slammed the door shut behind her. As soon as she was in the bedroom, she walked to the bed and sat there with wide eyes while she was hyperventilating. Her body was trembling and she felt sweat dripping down her back, and heard her heart racing in her chest. "Fuck, fuck, fuck..." She repeatedly whispered to herself, while her surroundings were getting black and blurry of the dizzyness of the hyperventilation. She was having a panic attack. A few minutes after Tamara finished doing the dishes, she walked towards room 103 because she was worried about Elly. She knocked on the door, but didn't get a reaction so she tried knocking again, but no reaction. This made her even more worried, so she decided to just open the door without permission. When she entered the room, she saw Elly hyperventilating while tears were rolling down her cheeks. "Elly, are you alright?" Tamara asked while she walked towards Elly and sat next to her. Elly didn't make eye contact with her and she just kept breathing in and out as fast as possible.

"Elly look at me." Tamara said while grabbing her by the shoulders, and Elly listenend. She looked at her. "Breath like usual, alright?" Tamara said while breathing in and out at a normal pace, hoping Elly would mimic it. Breathing in through the nose, and breathing out through the mouth. At first it didn't help but after a while, Elly began to mimic it and she began to breath at a normal pace again. "Good." Tamara said while rubbing over Elly's shoulder. Even though Elly was calm again, she was still crying, so Tamara decided to hug her. Elly laid against her chest while hugging her tightly and crying into her arms, while Tamara was rubbing over the back of her head. "It's okay, it's okay." She said.

After a few minutes, Elly felt good again because of Tamara's comfort, and she was getting ready for bed in the bathroom. She was already wearing pajamas and now she was brushing her teeth. The whole group was so happy that Victoria saved them by bringing clothes, care products, food, and more to the hotel. When Elly was about to rinse her mouth, she noticed that the water wasn't working when she wanted to use the tap. "Damnit." Elly said. She spit out the toothpaste and walked out of the bathroom, to the cafeteria, to get a bottle of water out of the fridge. After that she went back to the bathroom and rinsed her mouth with the bottle of water. When she was finished getting ready for bed, she went to her bedroom and closed the door behind her. "Why didn't you tell me the water isn't working?" Elly asked Tamara, but then she saw Tamara was already asleep. She sighed.

She turned off the lights and got into her bed. She laid above the blankets or else it would be too hot, since it is summer. She laid there in bed, staring at the ceiling while millions of thoughts were going through her head. Why and how did those creatures get into this world? Why did they kill her father and friend? What was their goal? She had so many questions. She turned around and laid on her side and closed her eyes, hoping she would fall asleep, but she was too stressed. Too many thoughts. She opened her eyes again and looked around the room, until she heard a sound outside. It was the sound of a blood infecter screaming in the distant, probably miles away, but their screams were so loud that even from miles away you could hear them. Elly knew this meant somebody innocent probably got killed which stressed her even more. She got up and got out of bed and walked to the glass door in the room that lead to a balcony. She opened the door, trying to be quiet so Tamara wouldn't wake up, and walked with her naked feet on the balcony.

She stared at the view and heard crickets, birds because it was basically already very early in the morning, and wind going through the trees. It was colder than on the day, but it felt good. After a few minutes, she felt like somebody was behind her, so she turned around and saw Tamara standing infront of her which scared the shit out of her. "Why are you still awake?" Tamara asked and Elly shrugged. "I couldn't sleep. Too many thoughts." She said, Tamara nodded. Tamara walked on the balcony aswell and grabbed something out of her pocket. It was a small box of cigarettes and a lighter. She lit up a cigarette and began smoking it while Elly stared at her. "Can i have one too?" She asked which confused Tamara. She blew the smoke out of her mouth. "No of course you can't, you're a kid." Tamara said while looking at Elly with a weird face. Elly sighed. "I'm sixteen, that's not a kid. Come on, just one." Elly begged which made Tamara a bit angry. "No! I said no, i payed for them myself!" She raised her voice which made Elly quiet for a few seconds. "Okay." She said, breaking the eye contact with Tamara.

It stayed quiet for a few minutes until Tamara spoke again. "I'm sorry, i'm just overwhelmed of everything going on." Tamara explainend and Elly understood it. "...Does that mean i can have a cigarette now?" Elly asked in a jokey way while chuckling a bit. "I didn't say that." Tamara said while chuckling aswell. It stayed quiet for a few minutes again, but when Tamara finished her cigarette she began talking again. "Should i tell you a funny life story?" She asked while looking at the view and throwing the last piece of the cigarette down the balcony. Elly nodded. "When i was a kid, i was more of a boyish girl instead of a girly girl. I loved to play with cars, i never wore dresses...but i also played video games and i got addicted to a zombie video game. It was so bad that i began to believe that someday zombies would be real and my mother kept telling me i was delusional everyday, but here we are. Zombie-like creatures taking over the world." Tamara explainend which made Elly chuckle.

"You weren't so delusional then." Elly said with a smile on her face. Tamara chuckled. "Come, let's go inside again. We really need to sleep." Tamara said while walking back into the room and Elly followed her with the door closed behind her. Tamara got into her bed while Elly just stood there next to Tamara's bed which confused Tamara a bit. "What's wrong?" She asked. Elly looked at Tamara and it was obvious she wanted to ask something but she was too afraid. "Can i share a bed with you?" Elly asked softly. "Uhm, that's a bit weird...don't you think?" Tamara said in a bit of a uncomfortable way. Elly sighed. It was a stupid thing to ask. "I'm sorry, i'm sorry i shouldn't have asked that." Elly said while not making eye contact. "It's fine."Tamara said. Elly walked towards the door and turned off the lights and then got into her bed.

"Good night, Tamara." Elly said. "Good night."
