She was with her parents for a lunch .
' the food is getting cold , don't u wanna eat? 'Her mother said worringly .
She(mother) was upset after seeing her daughter after so many days , she was sick and weak. Her mother knew that she is upset for her med exams and she also can't focus on anything due to her illness.
Even after being in constant touch with her daughter , she still found it hard for her to see her like this .
Although there wasn't any major issues with her illness , it all started with a common cold and than it lead to viral infection .
Even after taking medicines , it lead to viral infection and only one day for her to prepare for her med exams .
But her mother was more worried for her mental state . Though she knew that her daughter is strong and high willed girl but she knew if all things went wrong with her than she would break , silently.
She knew that her daughter won't bother to tell anyone anything she is feeling .
The academic pressure, the absolute validation of Being a good daughter always kept her daughter in fear. She knew it all but she can't help it .she still tries to please her daughter by assuring her that they(parents) wont ever judge her on the situation and all and they will always support her Even if she fails .
But her being her , always counteracted by telling her that they are good parents and she feels unworthy for this much love she receives from them.
She feels grateful for having such a sweet and understanding parents but still she tries her best to be a great daughter for them not in their eyes but in her eyes . Just like her father .always self independent and strong attitude which her mother always adored but feared a lil because if she becomes over independent than she would always remain alone .
Knowing her this self independent attitude was the one which she got herself everything she was led down by her friends . Her daughter wasn't born the same , she was sweet and clumsy girl but was unlucky in friendships which got her to become this .
If she feels worthy of Being their daughter?
Does she values them enough to be with them? Etc these thoughts always ran in her mind .
Her mother's chain of thoughts got interrupted after seeing her start eating .
'Just look at yourself! Have seen ur face? If we won't have come today than u wouldn't had ur lunch!' Her mother angrily said .
she always Complained her for neglecting her health for other things.
She is a med student, gonna be doctor if she won't take care of herself how is she gonna take care of others?
She just answered it with Hmmm .indicating that she accepts her mistake and continued eating .
Her father interrupted ' bachche! How r u gonna be a good doctor if u would always be sick? U have to be healthy in order to keep others healthy right?'
She now answered it with Hmm but in baby voice.
Her mother smiled knowing that even if the world would try to make her daughter stone , a small conversation with her father would always bring back her old self .that sweet self .
