Chapter 2

I turned on my laptop and I went on the X Factor Season 3 auditions website.

I did everything they asked even though I seemed awkward in my about me section. Then came the singing. I knew what I had to sing. I Won't Give Up by Jason Mraz. Eventhough there are many high notes I learned how to force them out. It's not the best thing to do, but it sounds good.

"When I look into your eyes

It's like watching the night sky

Or a beautiful sunrise

Well, there's so much they hold" I sang. I pictured Rain the whole time. I really love her. Eventhough we're 13 and we aren't in a relationship yet, I feel so much for her

"I won't give up on us... Even when the skies get rough..." I continued singing. Rain was the first girl I've ever felt something for.

No matter what happens in my future I want to remember Rain. I won't ever give up on us.

After I submitted everything I called Rain.

"I did it." I said.

"Oh good! I'm so proud of you! Good luck!" she said.

"Thanks Rain. Um can we hang out tonight. I need to talk to you." I said.

"I'm sorry I can't." she said.

"But it's Friday night! Why not?" I said.

"I can't say." she said.

That was odd. She barely cancels on me and even when she does she always has an explanation why she can't make it.

"Oh, okay. Um talk to you tomorrow. Bye." I said sadly. I hung up.

I want her. No, I NEED her and I need her now.

I clicked on Google Chrome and I went on youtube.com.

I searched youtube to see some of the other X Factor auditions. After watching people sing terribly for hours I found one that was perfect. I was tired and I thought I was dreaming. It was a voice like no other. I looked at her and instantly fell in love with her angellic voice. She was beautiful, she had pink hair and bright blue eyes. I fell in love. I looked at her youtube username. Her name was Daisy Bee.
