The weekend was here, and Elliot was at his 'house', thinking about what happened the other day. Those handprints that he saw a year ago, this is that. But there were 20 total, so does that mean he'd end up experiencing the same thing 19 more times. It was obvious that keeping secrets with anyone who has his mark would be pointless to keep from them, cause they can know without him saying anything. It's also obvious that the handprints represents their Souls, due to the cracks that appear with his mark. "So then they're Soulmarks..." Elliot guessed. Before he could go deeper in his thought, he felt Amy was worried and in distress. It was enough for Elliot to bolt to her house.

Elliot came through the front door. "Amy, are you okay!? I felt-" He stopped when he saw Erma and Terry there as well, looking at him confused. Amy gave a shy smile. "Y-yeah, I'm fine, but..." She looks up, and his gaze follows hers, and her cat was stuck up on the light cover on the ceiling of the house. "How did she get up there?" He asks. "I don't know, but can you help me get her down?" She asks him.

"I'll see if I can get you out of your... CATastetrophe." Amy wasn't amused by my pun, but Terry and Erma were giggling. "Alright, alright. Can't...Pussyfoot about this, huh?" He say, my smile increasing. "This isn't the time for your puns." Amy says, feeling her irritation grow. He shrugs. "What can I say, I like being a punny guy." He says. Amy groans. "Can you help or not?" She asks me. "I can't, cause Erma already got your cat down." He points to Erma, who spat Amy's cat out of her mouth. "Sprinkles!" Amy hugs her saliva covered cat. "Gross." Terry says. Amy punched Terry in the arm. "Ouch!" He says, rubbing his arm.

Erma and Terry had left, and it was just Elliot and Amy. "You know that I know you have magic." Amy tells him. "I know you do, but they don't." He tells her. "Why hide it if Erma does supernatural things all the time?" She questions.

"Because it isn't normal. Erma isn't exactly human, and this is her normal. It's not normal for everyone else. And I didn't want the attention either..." Elliot explains. He did have a fear of people treating him differently, and he didn't want people to judge him, or make him feel like he didn't fit in. Amy felt Elliot's feelings of anxiety and fears and walks up to him. Her hands touch Elliot's cheeks. "I'm sorry. I didn't know you felt that way about your magic." She tells him. "You know we wouldn't judge you, or think any different of you, right?" She continued. "Yeah. I know." Elliot says. He did know, he can feel Amy's unconditional love. Her hand moves to her Soulmark. Elliot reaches for his as well.

He feels that pleasure surge through his Soul as they link. He didn't think they'd do this again so soon, but his Soul feels that he needs to. Like an addiction, but it isn't bad. After all, it makes him feel soo much better emotionally, and mentally. The feeling of this needed bond is hard to describe. He still needs to know what this is and why this happened. For now, he's just enjoying the moment. You don't have to be so insecure. Amy says, brushing the hair that covers Elliot's inverted eye. He didn't stop her either, cause she already knew about it the first time they did this. Maybe, but then people would think Erma is related to me. He tells her. She chuckles. I think you think of the worst case scenario for everything. Amy says. Maybe, but would you blame me? Considering his past, Amy rests her forehead into his. No, I don't. She sadly says, before perking up. But that doesn't mean it won't heal through time.

Elliot ponders at this. It's true, eventually he might be able to move on from his traumatic past, but for now, he needs whatever this is.
Yeah, but I think it's too soon right now. He says. Amy nods in understanding. She does understand, cause she probably wouldn't have slept that night without Elliot's Soul bonding. She currently understands more than anyone. She was his only healing source, since she knows his parents are put of the picture, and he couldn't afford therapy. Even if they used the school counselor, they wouldn't be qualified to deal with this level of pain and trauma. Amy wasn't experienced at all, but she had something better than a counselor could give him.

Her Soulmark.
