Good morning my fucking minions. Did y'all know about the new siblings formation we have here at school. Well, turns out that it has been going on for  about 2 weeks now . The Santo siblings seem to have  Meera Nandan "the nerd " as their step sibling.

Danton

"Oh heavens?"

"What is it.?" I ask Barry as he's looking at his phone. He looks at me with a gaped mouth while giving me his phone. I read the post and we look at each other.

"When did this happen.?"

"It's written there."

"I know , but why didn't she tell us ?"

"I don't know . But this is all so freaking weird. "

I see everyone looking at us and whispering to each other . Why didn't Meera tell us . Does she not trust us or what , or maybe she's just embarassed .

A message comes on my phone and I check it to see it's from Meera.

Meera: meet me at the library with Barry. 

"Who is it?"

"It's her. She wants us to meet her at the library."

"Well , we should make it fast."

.....

I walk to our usual spot and I find someone wearing a hoodie or rather hiding their face with a hoodie . I'm sure it's Meera, I can tell from her Indian bangles.

I look at Barry before we sit down.

"Hey . Talk to  us." Barry says rubbing her back . We're not the kind to ask unnecessary questions like are you ok?  When we clearly see she isn't.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you guys. I was not allowed to." She says finally looking at us with a smile. At least she was not crying.

"When did you even attend because you were always with us?" I ask curious.

"I lied the weekend I told you I'm going to see my friend, I was actually going to see my mom's wedding."

She says with a sarcastic smile. 

"Well, as long as it doesn't affect you."

"Are you crazy , I'm already getting comments like “what does William eat” or “what is the colour of William 's room ” or rather a more disturbing one “who visits William 's room” . Like it's so annoying guys and it's only just the beginning. Ugh , and some even ask me about Jess' diet and favourite show like I would know. "

"Wow. That sounds like a lot."

"It is a lot Barry. I mean how would I know what colour is Jess' G-string today."

"Woah!"

Barry and I exclaim at the same time.

"Yeah same , these boys and girls are weird."

"Anyway, how is it like staying with them."

"It's torture. We're literally different. They make sure that each and every place they sit they always leave dirty dishes or crumbs or packets of snacks even when the kitchen and bin us next to them . And you guys know how I feel about dirty environments. "

"Both of them do that ?"

"No just William, Jess is always in her room so the dirt is in her room . And they give a lot of work to the maid and I feel bad."

She says with a sad voice and we smile. Meera is a really nice person, maybe too nice even .

"And I'm guessing you help the maid." Barry says with a chuckle and Meera nods with a sad pout . 

The bell rings and we go to our classes.

Laria

"William and Jess are planning a party this Friday."

I say as I'm laying on my bed fiddling a pen in my hand . I'm on a phone call with Danton.

"Why?"

He asks and I roll my eyes.

"Because they want to. I was just thinking if you're coming?"

"Uhhh, I'm not sure . I don't think so.."

"You have to support your friend. It's like a reunion party. She has to be there wether she likes it or not. Tell her that."

I say trying to convince him . And when I hear silence I smile knowing he's thinking about it.

"I'm going to have to talk to her though."

He says and I roll my eyes looking at my phone on the bed.

"Ok . Suite yourself. " I say feeling a bit...how can I say jealous without saying jealous?

"How do you feel that our friends are siblings or step siblings whatever?"

"Honestly it's weird , but I'm sure we won't even change . I mean it's not like we're suddenly going to be friends with you guys."

"Yeah , you're right. I'm gonna go now , I have to talk to Meera. Bye."

He says before hanging up . I don't like the fact that he's so eager to talk to her . And why does his decision to attend the party depend on her . Gosh , I sound like a jealous person. Or maybe I am , but I'm not.
