**Birds sing in their own little language in the bushes and trees, the sky is painted in colours of Crimson and orange fire as the Sun Burns the day away, Everything seems so calm and yet it's not.
Thunders hooves gallop in the fields, they say the Wild West was told from the saddle of a Horse and yet this Cowboy so far from the Wild West he knew and loved.
No, this Cowboy was in the tropics the Seven Years before this now became a distant memory.
To the reality he grew up in, the loyalty that was always drilled in, didn't matter much anymore.
Things have changed and they changed for the better.
The once thunderous hooves now calm into a trot, then a halt.
Heavy boots land on the ground, with each stride they stroll up to the front porch.
With a heavy hand the door swings open.**

"Darlin..you home?"
*There he is in all his glory Arthur Morgan standing in the Doorframe, carrying tonight's dinner, Arthur is wearing his signature hat, a white shirt rolled up by his sleeves and opened top button, his ranchers pants from being at work during the day with his cowboy boots.*

"I'm in here."
Y/N calls out in the kitchen.
*Arthur walks into the kitchen and sees his Wife in all her glory and he gives a mischievous smirk, he places the dinner on the counter top and comes up behind his wife and grabs her waist giving it a little squeeze, Y/N blushed a little and smiles*
"You look delicious."
Arthur smirks, which makes Y/N giggle.
"Where's Sophia?"
He asks looking around.
"She is upstairs, she found some of your drawing pencils you left in our room."
Y/n says with a smile and Arthur groans a little.
"I told you to hide them better."
Y/n adds with a cheeky smile.
"She's crafty."
Arthur says with a little proud smile and he leans over and gives his wife and a quick but deep kiss, then heads upstairs to check on his daughter.

"Sophia?"
Arthur says coming to her room in a loud voice and he hears tiny footsteps rushing in her room, like she had something to hide and he smirks opening the door to his daughter's room.
"What are you doing in here?"
Arthur says with a knowing smile.

*Arthurs daughter looks up at him her chestnut hair lightly moves from the window flowing a calm and soothing breeze in her room, she's now 6 years old and gives him her best "I'm innocent smile."*
"Nothing."
Sophia says.
"Cut that out."
Arthur says in his best fatherly and yet stern tone.
Sophia lowers her head.
"Where are they?"
He asks, already knowing she tried to hide his pencils he sketches within his spare time.
Sophia gets up and crawls under her bed, once out she hands her father his pencils.
"One day I'll get you, your own."
He says smiling and she beams at him and hugs his leg.
"Now go on, me and your mother will call you when dinner is ready."
He says and gives her one last hug as he leaves the room.

Y/N was making dinner as she chops up the veg and places it in the pan, she heard Arthur's heavy footsteps come back down.
"She's crafty that one."
He says with a smirk.
"Hmm...wonder where it comes from?"
She replies sarcastically.
Making Arthur narrow his eyes at her.
"Cheeky."
He says grabbing Y/N's waist pulling her towards him.
She smiles as she feels his lips on her neck.
"Dinner is nearly ready."
She adds.
"Mm...good then I just keep."
He trails off still kissing her neck sinking a little more into her.
Y/n laughs and feels her husband cling to her.
Arthur kisses her neck more as his hand squeeze her hips.
"You're too silly."
She says with a smile.
That brings a chuckle out from Arthur and his hand roam her body.
"Can't be helped ya know, my wife is gorgeous."
He adds.
"Put the plates on the table please."
Y/N says with a smile making Arthur give her a small frown.
He grumbles and says.
"I'll get you later."
With a smirk and gives her a small tap on her butt.

Arthur grabs three plates and places them on the table and calls for his daughter, that dinner is ready.
When his daughter's footsteps come down the stairs he smiles seeing her dark little curls trail down her shoulders and he picks her up and places her on the chair, so she's sat up right.
"My drawings aren't that good."
Sophia says looking at a horse she drew that didn't go her way.
That grabbed Arthur's attention and he looms over his daughter looking at the drawing.
"Hmm...it is good for a 6 year old though."
He says softly, which makes her daughter perk up.
"Really?"
She smiles.
"Yeah course, just keep going here..you just need to make the horse is a little more round like this and the neck shorter."
Arthur makes a few adjustments to her drawing with his pencil and little Sophia is in awe at how he made her horse look, they are small adjustments but, that alone made her horse look more realistic.
Sophia smiles at her father's drawing ability, the horse looks amazing and she aspires to be as good as he is at this.
"It's beautiful."
Sophia says with a smile making Arthur a little shy and he looks off to the side.
"Come on you two pencils down dinner is ready."
Y/N says dishing it out and everyone sits at the table.

Everyone talks about their days Sophia says she learnt how to multiply large numbers, which was so innocent and sweet, Arthur talks about the ranch he works on, how they moved the cattle from the fields to the ranch to be sold. Y/N talks about helping multiple people with her medicines. Something she looked and sounded so passionate in, which made Arthur smile softly.

After dinner Sophie jumps down from the table and goes off to perfect her horse drawing.
Arthur and Y/N clean up the dishes and not even a moment later Arthur grabs Y/N and gives her passionate kiss.
"I told you I'd get you later."
He whispered and that made his wife blush and she gives in kissing him back deeply matching his passion.
Arthur sits her on the kitchen counter and kisses her more placing his hand on the back of her neck.
Y/N places her hands on his chest melting in her husband's embrace, she knew she could never say no to him.
Y/N and Arthur get so lost in each other, as their passion takes over for this little moment.

Drowning in each other even after so many years, they didn't hear a letter being delivered to their address.
The letter softly lands on the floor which reads.
