Howdy! If you're currently reading my Kyle x Reader story Brewing Romance, this is going to be an alternative chapter for how the Peppermint Hippo Part I Chapter ends. If you haven't read that chapter, I would highly suggest heading there first before you read this!

This is going to be Mysterion x Toolshed x Human Kite x Reader. I don't know how I'm going to manage this, but let's see how it works out. 😘

Your song was over, and going towards the back door where your other teammates had successfully snuck through while you distracted the crowd of men with your amateur pole dancing moves. If it weren't for your little trick on using your Emotion Manipulation ability, you weren't too convinced that you'd be able to have the crowd as pleased as they were. However, Emotion Manipulation was also another ability that you were fairly still trying to get used to.

You were able to successfully use Emotion Manipulation towards all parties in the Peppermint Hippo. However, you didn't realize... you used it too well. Once you'd met up with your teammates through the door they snuck into during your show, you adjusted the hood to your cloak as you rushed through the door to avoid suspicion from anyone else around.

Sighing in relief, you saw that your other teammates who were assigned to the mission were there as well. You were about to say something, but realized that something seemed... Off about them. Looking between the three of them, you couldn't help but see just how red their faces were with blush. The Human Kite was averting his gaze from you as he shifted uncomfortably, trying his best to hide his feelings. Toolshed almost looked as though he were going to be sick, although his face was a bright red and a few sweat drops were seen forming at the side of his forehead, a thick swallow was visibly seen from him when you entered. Mysterion had kept his gaze on you, you weren't really able to see his blush but his eyes only seemed hungry, and eager. It seemed like even he was trying to hold himself back from even saying anything, but that didn't stop him from looking over your body.

"Are... are you guys alright?" Your eyes slightly widened, seeing that the boys were all looking over at you, or at least glancing at you, then looking away awkwardly. You had assumed that you could've maybe done something wrong? It didn't help that the silence was almost deafening. You took a step forward to the three, seeing that Toolshed had flinched, and quickly placed a hand over his mouth to try and keep himself composed.

Seeing him look as though he were about to vomit had terrified you. "O-oh, shit." Toolshed muttered to himself as he felt his face burn even brighter as he looked away from you, inhaling deeply as he was able to recover from his nausea trying to get the best of him.

"You're not the only one." Mysterion spoke ominously over to Toolshed, as he noticed that his teammate was almost ready to lose it. He couldn't help but smirk slightly, knowing exactly why Toolshed nearly lost his composure, though.

"Dude, weak..." Human Kite couldn't help but mutter before looking between Mysterion and Toolshed. "You guys too?" He asked almost in disbelief.

You placed your hands on your hips as you tried to figure out just what the hell these boys were going on about. "Guys, please can someone explain why you're being so vague?" You frowned slightly, and raised a brow at them. "Is everyone feeling sick all of a sudden...? Oh god, my performance was that bad?!" You asked, trying to understand as they both only seemed to comment upon Toolshed's gagging and quick reflex when covering his mouth. However, a few different scenarios were in your mind now as you were trying to get to the bottom of your teammates acting so strange.
