You had recently befriended Emily Blunt after you worked on a film with Anne Hathaway. The first time you met Emily, she was so kind towards you, making you immediately start falling head over heels for her.

Not only was she breathtaking to look at, she always made an effort to check on how you who doing, even though you barely knew each other.

You were at a nightclub with some of your costars and Anne had invited Emily. You didn't tell Anne about your crush but you had a feeling she already knew.

As you danced with your friends you looked up and locked eyes with Emily, you felt your stomach flip. You quickly tried to avoid her out of fear of saying something stupid, and ran to get a drink.

"I'll take tequila, on the rocks." you ordered to the bartender, taking a seat on one of the metal stools.

You felt a hand on your shoulder, making you jump slightly. You turned your head to see it was Emily.

"I'll have the same." she said with smile, taking a seat next to you.

Your heart was beating so fast, she looked absolutely perfect. Her hair was in a wavy half up half down style and she was wearing a dark red dress that hugged her figure.

"Why did you not say hi to me, darling." Emily whispered into your ear, her shoulder brushing against yours.

"I just needed a drink. We had a long day on set." you said. It wasn't a lie, but you were trying to make an excuse for why you sprinted away from her.

As if on cue, the drinks were set down in front of you and she clinked her glass against yours as you both took a sip.

"Is everything working out with the film?" she asked, gently brushing your arm with her fingertips.

"Yeah, all is good. I love working with Anne, she's the sweetest."

"She really is, I miss working on a set with her. We used to have the best time together." she smiled, reminiscing on the memories.

"I would love to work with you one day." she said, moving her hair out of her face to get a clearer view of you.

"Really?" you said in disbelief, touching your hands to your chest.

"Yes, of course." she said with an adorable giggle.

She took a lock of your hair in between her two fingers and twirled it, setting it behind your ear. Every time she touched your skin it felt like she was igniting something inside you. Usually this scared you, but you wanted to push into the feeling.

"Well, I would love to work with you as well. I mean you're a force to be reckoned with, Em. I don't know if I could handle all that talent." you said, leaning your head forward as you laughed.

she lightly hit your arm, "Oh shut up." she replied, a pink blush appearing across her cheeks.

"Let go dance!" she grabbed your hand, obviously trying to ignore the compliment you gave her.

You followed her to the middle of the dance floor. Her hands rested on your hips, moving your body with hers to the song.

You danced till you could barely feel your feet anymore. It must've been close to 4am when you and Emily drunkenly stumbled out of the club into an uber.

You let Emily in the car first, and as you shut the door behind you, you fell on top of her, erupting into a fit of laughter.

She pulled you up from her lap, her hands on the sides of your face. She laughed louder than you, but you both fell to silence as she dropped her one hand, keeping the other on your cheek, rubbing circles on the side of your face with her thumb as she looked into your eyes.

"You're the most gorgeous woman I've ever laid my eyes on." you said, letting out a breath.

Her eyes lit up and she took your hand in hers, bringing it to her lips. Touching a kiss to your hand, lingering for a few seconds.

Her eyes met yours and you brushed her hair behind her ear and she asked, "Can I kiss you?"

You nodded your head and pulled her into a kiss as the car moved through downtown Manhattan.

Your hands tangled into her hair and she kissed you with passion. You could taste the tequila on her lips.

She pulled back, but held you close. You leaned onto her chest as she wrapped her arms around you, rubbing circles on your back.

She pulled her phone out and handed it to you saying, "Darling, could you type in your number?"

"Of course." You entered in your number and typed in your name as 'your fav person' and handed it back to her.

She laughed and said, "You are my favorite person."

She kissed the top of your head as you replied, "Your my favorite person too."
