Chiara's pov,
I tried to walk away from the
Scene, but her following me was very alarming which led me to run as fast as I possibly could. But seeing as how she didn't even break a sweat and this was just a jog for her while I was running at full speed, it made me alarmed with the sudden realization that it might be her superpower... Having super speed.
Wait.... Only.... Only one creature has that super power. Vampires, they are known for their bloodthirst, their drive for hunting prey and the most strongest of all of us. That explained the yellow eyes and her ability to read my emotions.

This caused me to feel threatened since it is possible I was her prey, and she might be hunting me.... Shit shit shit shit. There was only one way to protect myself, tha-that means i-i have to expose my mystical identity. I suddenly stopped running and turned around with the meanest snarl ever and showed my Naga eyes, showing her that I was not to be messed with. My eyes had turned pitch black by then with scales on my face, but since I was still in control of my human side, the scales could not be seen easily, if she dared to touch me, she would risk getting her hand sliced by the sharp scales.

I looked at her threatening and lowly hissed, warning her to back off. Expecting her to threaten or fight back, I prepared for the worst, but for some reason she just stood there and looked at me... With a weird expression on her face and just ran away..... Weird.

Once she left, I saw she had forgotten her flute. Contemplating on leaving it here or taking it with me, I chose the later. The flute was indeed very beautiful, with markings etched on it, something that seemed like some sort of crest or symbol. I shrugged and continued walking home with my senses on high alert, incase she or anyone else was spying on me.

On my way home, I somehow could not remove the encounter and her face out of my mind, now that I actually observed, she had fangs and excessively beautiful... Like an angel, wtf am I even thinking.... Ughhhh.

Shaking my head at my own thoughts I continued on my way to the mansion, reaching home I decided to take a long shower to distract myself from everything and hopefully forget the encounter with the weird lady.
