Chiara's pov

My heart started to beat like crazy without my permission, might have been out of fear or something. I swear she could hear my heart beat and the worst part was I am the one who is blushing, but this is good since it makes everything more believable.

I gazed into her deep eyes and shamelessly looked at her lips, at least this sounded like a good idea in my brain, the faster I make my moves, the faster she gets trapped and I can finally assassinate her and take my kind's revenge against the atrocities she has committed.

"El I-I need to confess something... I fell for you, I fell in love with you, your personality, your kindness, your humor, everything about you is just perfect and it is exactly what made me fall for you. You are someone that understands me, you trusted me with yourself and I promise to never break that trust, I will always aim to keep you happy. B-but only if you have me" I rambled to make it seem more believable for her... B-but why am I getting anxious? Why am I feeling shy? D-do I like her? No.. No that's not possible, she is my enemy, no way will I have the typical Enemies to Lovers trope actually play out in my life, and she killed my mom, the mother that was stolen for me at a young age.

She looked into my eyes and smiled, holding the nape of my neck, she pulled me closer and hovered her lips above my nose in a soft, chaste kiss, she moved to my lips pressing a delicate kiss which soon turned into a full blown make-out session. Her hand roamed the expanse of my neck and shoulder, exploring each curve and bend.

If she was someone else, I would have truly enjoyed this, speaking of which.... WHY AM I ENJOYING THIS? THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!!!!!
